The hotel's location was perfect for me - close to the train station. Even though I arrived earlier, there was a storage room where you could leave your luggage. The room was clean and cozy! There was everything that you need.

A few weeks after I booked this hotel, I received a strange message with a link sent by the hotel via booking —it said that I only had one chance to register myself, and if I didn't do it, my reservation would be canceled. Even though I prepared my room, this link asked me to do it again .. which was a scam. I texted the hotel to ask about this situation and they told me that somebody sent these strange messages by their name and they recommended to not do anything. It was a confusing situation for me

Comfortable and quiet room. Good shower. Beds ok. Staff friendly and the location is great. Just a 5 min walk across into the old town - a main bus hub just across the road and one bus stop from Bruges train station. Small supermarkets within 5 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within 5-10 min walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A bit more liberal use of bleach in the bathroom and the loo would be welcome - but general level of cleanliness was ok and I would stay again.

Good location, clean, nice breakfast.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, even though I thought I booked the one upgrade from the lowest. The service was nice. The place had the attempts of a luxury place with some nice touches like the light switches and "do not disturb "/ "service room" electronic switch indicators. It was really nice that they placed a new glass bottle of water for every night I was there!

My room matched the photos of the cheapest room, but I paid more! So I am not exactly happy about this. The first day, I did not like my pillows smelling bad, but the hotel staff (when I asked) immediately gave me new recently washed ones.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, spacious, super clean, and modern. The location was great, just 8 minutes from the old town, in a calm and quiet area. The rooms had air conditioning, which made the stay very comfortable. Having elevators directly from the parking lot to the rooms was priceless, especially after a long drive from France, since there was no need to climb stairs. The staff were very sweet, helpful, and all spoke English, which made everything easy. Check-out was at 11:00 am, but we were kindly allowed to leave our car in the parking lot until 3:00 pm, which gave us extra time to enjoy the town without worrying about moving the car.

Everything was perfect

The room was good and comfortable and the bathroom clean. Adequate cupboard and hanging space provided and an easy to operate safe available, large enough to hold a 13inch Macbook laptop.

unfortunately the fridge in a cupboard was giving off such heat that I asked for it to be unpluggged fearing it might burn andnoticed the enclosing cupboard was a snug fit and had absolutely no ventilation holes. It is dangerous enclosing a fridge that is not ventilated. The check in staff should have provided information regards how to join wi-fi and operate the TV and how to phone down to reception desk. When I went down to get this info the receptionist rpllied he cannot tell everyone these details ?? I thought that was actually a main part of his job to be informative at checkin !

Excellent location very clean and comfortable, at check in given lots of very useful advice on things to do and places to see. Clearly had been recently re decorated.

Despite asking for breakfast the didn’t take for it and in the morning wouldn’t serve us until we had paid, even though we had to check out to get out of the car park. When we got in to breakfast there was no bacon and two very dry pancakes, eventually a member of staff brought out a few pieces of bacon and I got beaten in the sprint to get some and after a family of three had there’s I was left with a few bits and my friend had none. Again after a while a small quantity was brought out and several people headed for it. Shame as otherwise excellent.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town Bruges. Easy to find and the parking was easy peasy (directly under the hotel!). The staff were really helpful and the room was lovely with air conditioning and a pristine ensuite. Walking distance of the centre and an abundance of bars, cafes and restaurants in close vicinity. Would definitely stay here again.

Lighting was a bit of an issue in our room but not a showstopped. We were opposite another building so for privacy we needed to keep the curtains closed when getting ready in the morning and the lighting in the room wasn't very strong.

The hotel is well located on the edges of historic Brugge. It's within easy walking distance to any of the main attractions within the old town, while just far enough from the crowds to be in a quiet part of town. It's close to canal around the old town, allowing easy access to a peaceful and relaxing walk. Just under 1 km from the train station and across the road from an important bus stop makes it easy to access for budget travellers. Most importantly, prospective visitors can trust the advertising on Booking.com and the hotel's website as accurate.

Staff were extremely accommodating allowing us to park underground early and go and explore before checking in. The room was very comfortable and spacious with lovely beds. The bathroom was like a whole other room. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold foot with fresh breads and pastries, again the staff were very helpful. Location was superb, 5 mins walk to all of the main sights of the city and very easy to get to if driving. A cracker of a market on Saturday in the square outside the main entrance and the cafe/bar at the front of the hotel is great for watching the world go by with a Zot beer.

Splitting hairs really, not a major problem and it was lack of research when booking but there is a city tax, peanuts to pay to be honest. The parking is a bit steep at 25 euro for 24 hours. Although the price is warranted given the security of underground parking with roller shutter, im pretty sure that it is a public car park and not unique to the hotel. A discount for residents would be welcome.
