I loved my stay at Hotel Entree! I thought I'd booked a small room but the way they've laid it out, it feels spacious. The small details for traveller convenience (shelving, hooks, iron and board, free chocolate and local beer) were really helpful and very thoughtful. Entry was very easy and the hosts responded immediately if needed. The area was very quiet and peaceful yet only a 5-min walk to town and 15-min walk to the train station. I absolutely loved the environmentally friendly focus - including planting a tree on behalf of your visit. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is small and has charm. It has a lift which you can rarely find in small hotels in Europe. But, what I really loved is how customer friendly it is. Impeccably put together.They think of small details that add value to your stay: chocolate bars, free cold drink water, a beer, and messages stating how much effort they make to give you a good experience but acknowledging the human factor and asking you to help them improve. So we felt like they care, and we didn't even talk to anybody from the staff😂😂.

Breakfast starts a bit late (8.30) so if you have an early train or bus, do not take it with breakfast as it will be lost.

We were traveling by bike and it was reassuring to be able to store our bikes securely overnight. We appreciated all the little extras, chocolates and complementary beer and water. The decor was delightful and everything spotlessly clean. We had a lovely room overlooking the canal. It was surprisingly peaceful yet we were in easy reach of the bustling square. Previously, in May, we had planned to stay here but had a nasty bike-related accident necessitating a return home. Despite the late cancellation, the host refunded us which we thought was very generous. Will certainly book again. Strongly recommend.

No shortcomings at all

This is an incredible little hotel overlooking the canal in a super quiet area of the old town. I had a large corner apartment with four huge windows, one overlooking the canal and two providing a lovely view of historic buildings (the fourth, with privacy film on the bottom 2/3, floods the bathroom with natural light). The attached photo doesn't do the space justice because it's taken from the center; the apartment extends equally in the other direction and the bathroom windows overlook the opposite side from the canal. Access is super easy - just a short walk from the train station, mostly through a lovely park. The busier part of town around the Markt Square is also just a short walking distance away. Everything about my stay here was lovely. I didn't meet the hosts, but communication was clear and easy via booking.com. Check-in was flawless and the post-check-out luggage storage was super handy. This place would be great for a group occupying multiple rooms as there are several nice shared spaces available inside. I appreciated the provided free water and beer.

It was perfect.

The room for 2 was actually 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds! So spacious, very comfortable rooms, good, firm beds, they even give coffee and tea, welcome chocolates and a bottle of Belgium beer! Great location, near train station and near town centre. You never see any staff tho, no one at counter or at the breakfast room. But they respond quite fast thru the app. Defintely recommend this place.

The bathroom sink and shower stall didn't drain properly..but they were informed and hopefully fix this soon.

Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10! We loved everything about this place! The room was beautiful, clean, and cozy — decorated with such care and attention to detail. The location is super convenient, close to everything we needed, but also peaceful and quiet. What really made it special were the little touches: free beer in the fridge, bottled water, coffee, and even chocolate — such a lovely surprise! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was spotless. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and friendly, and the whole experience just felt easy and pleasant from start to finish. You can tell that the hosts really care about their guests. We give this place a full 10 out of 10 — highly recommend it to everyone! We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great family run hotel, the attention to detail was amazing. What a great find this hotel was, the family who run it are fantastic, nothing seems to be too much trouble, the room has water, a coffee machine, kettle & even chocolate & beer all included! They also have Netflix in many languages which is something I have never seen before in a boutique hotel. The location is great, it's 10 minutes from the main square but a few minutes from plenty of bars & restaurants, the underground parking is 2 minutes away too. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit & highly recommend it

Nothing to dislike, they have it all covered

This hotel was one of the best places I've stayed in up to date. It exceeded every expectation I had and for quite a reasonable price, too. I reserved the balcony room and loved not only the view but also how comfortable and well decorated the room was. I had to check in earlier than 4pm and the staff gladly accommodated me. The room was even stocked with free beer, coffee and tea for the guests. I genuinely cannot praise this place enough!

Nothing. Couldn't have imagined a better place. Maybe the bathroom can be updated since it is a bit tight, but this place is the only place I'll consider booking for Brugge if I ever visit again.

I loved literally everything about this place! Excellent communication, perfect directions for contactless check-in. I was able to leave my luggage in a secure room before check-in time. The room itself was beautiful —every detail was thought of. The bed was very comfortable and the deep tub was perfect after walking miles and miles all day while sightseeing. I didn’t want to leave! I so highly recommend this hotel! I will be back for sure! It’s right in the heart of everything. My room had a window looking out on the street and it was just a wonderful, wonderful stay.

Very quiet location, scenic street, close to scenic center and even closer to streets with shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfy and the huge TV with free Netflix was awesome, watched a movie each night. Check in instructions were spot on.

Room was small but normal for budget Europe accommodations, I had to be mindful of the small step up to the bathroom but that's just me. 4PM check in was a minor inconvenience as I arrived at 3 but no biggie. I hated the walk from the train station. 15 minutes of noisy bumpy cobblestone dragging my roll along but it's only less than .9 km. I'm sure I woke up some people at 6 AM the day I left lol.
