The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the very center of Bruges. My stay was for business purposes, and the hotel is close to the conference center. I appreciate the very comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the linens, and the towel replacement, which were soft and fragrant. However, the best impression was made by the staff. Every member of the staff (reception) was very helpful, professional, and communicated on a high level. I had the smallest room in the hotel. The room is indeed small, but the hotel informed me about this twice in advance, so I expected it, and it was sufficient for my needs.

The linens, towels, and overall housekeeping services in this regard were fine. However, the hotel does show signs of aging; the furniture is chipped, which wouldn't be a major issue, but worse is that there were delicate cobwebs around the window and on the walls, which definitely does not leave a good impression.

My husband and I stayed here in a deluxe room last month. This is a wonderful hotel, from the large bedroom with access to a terrace, to the lovely swimming pool that we had completely to ourselves, to the cosy bar where we enjoyed drinks after exploring this beautiful city we could find no faults. The best thing about the hotel however is the staff who are extremely helpful and courteous with a special thank you to Sanaa and Robert.

The hotel and staff were absolutely marvellous. Thank you for an amazing time, never to be forgotten. I’d come back to this hotel anytime.

Nothing. Didn’t want to leave the fairytale but had to get back to work and normality… Bruges is amazing. No litter, no homeless in doorways and only one McDonalds hid away. Brilliant! Would love to come back.

A beautiful property with comfortable rooms and fantastic staff - so friendly and helpful. A lovely breakfast too.

Our room was incredibly warm and there was no way to regulate the temperature.

The staff were exceptional. We loved the breakfast (although not the cheapest) we also enjoyed using the pool. Very handy on rainy days with a toddler! The family room was also huge which was big bonus. We were also pleased we could have a single bed pushed with our double bed for our cosleeping toddler. Hotel is otherwise well equipped with a bar and 24hr reception. We also received a little gift from them upon checkout. A lovely surprise.

The hotel needs a slight refurbishment as some spaces are a little worse for wear. Perhaps some more attention to detail in prepping the room ensuring soap and tissues are refilled etc.

The staff were all really friendly, even going out of their way to find out the make of the mattress for me, as I'd like to order one for home. Best night's sleep I've ever had! They also provided a list of local attractions and a walking tour that we enjoyed on our second day. The gym was better equipped than the pictures suggested. It was still small but there was enough in there, for a full workout. The bedroom was very clean and modern. The pool was great and wasn't too busy during our stay. We didn't have breakfast but the restaurant looked lovely.

Breakfast was a little expensive at the hotel so we went out to various cafes instead.

I don't understand why Booking is repeatedly sending me a request to review this hotel where we failed to get to the one night's accommodation we paid for. It may well be a very OK hotel, I gave it a high rating because I don't want to affect their rating and because I don't have the option to tick 0. The ugliest thing, beyond the fact that there was no willingness at all on the part of the hotel either to make a partial refund or to accept a postponement of the reservation, this hotel took the liberty of canceling the reservation. Since I paid, shouldn't I have canceled the reservation? And if I didn't, it was because I had paid for the room and I had every right to keep it booked.

Front desk staff is amazingly kind, passionate and professional. Upon arrival, I was given a map made by the hotel personnel with the key landmarks and tips with restaurants and pubs. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Complimentary coffee pods and tea bags are provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. The hall is equipped with sofas and a fireplace, the swimming pool has salty water

Some parts of the room were slightly damaged (for instance, a few bumps on the bathroom door), and the bathroom windowsill was dusty. The price was somewhat high for not including breakfast. Pillows are a bit small (though many are provided)
