The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the very center of Bruges. My stay was for business purposes, and the hotel is close to the conference center. I appreciate the very comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the linens, and the towel replacement, which were soft and fragrant. However, the best impression was made by the staff. Every member of the staff (reception) was very helpful, professional, and communicated on a high level. I had the smallest room in the hotel. The room is indeed small, but the hotel informed me about this twice in advance, so I expected it, and it was sufficient for my needs.

The linens, towels, and overall housekeeping services in this regard were fine. However, the hotel does show signs of aging; the furniture is chipped, which wouldn't be a major issue, but worse is that there were delicate cobwebs around the window and on the walls, which definitely does not leave a good impression.

My husband and I stayed here in a deluxe room last month. This is a wonderful hotel, from the large bedroom with access to a terrace, to the lovely swimming pool that we had completely to ourselves, to the cosy bar where we enjoyed drinks after exploring this beautiful city we could find no faults. The best thing about the hotel however is the staff who are extremely helpful and courteous with a special thank you to Sanaa and Robert.

The hotel and staff were absolutely marvellous. Thank you for an amazing time, never to be forgotten. I’d come back to this hotel anytime.

Nothing. Didn’t want to leave the fairytale but had to get back to work and normality… Bruges is amazing. No litter, no homeless in doorways and only one McDonalds hid away. Brilliant! Would love to come back.

A beautiful property with comfortable rooms and fantastic staff - so friendly and helpful. A lovely breakfast too.

Our room was incredibly warm and there was no way to regulate the temperature.

the room was comfortable and the bed was big and perfect for sleeping the breakfast was really good the staff was friedly and has also provided a few recomondations - what to do and where to go :-) we also got a parking slot at the hotel - pls inform the hotel in advance - the number of slots is limited and also the area is quite narrow the hotal has also also a gym and a pool the distance to the city center is easy to walk

the cleaning of the bathroom could be slightly better - but this is a complain oh a higher level every thing else - nothing to complain

Exceptional from the minute we arrived. Super location, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Super choice for breakfast. Hotel spotlessly clean. Delighted we stayed here. Would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was superb; it was the best we had in Belgium. Staff were polite and welcoming. Beautiful china plates and cups - so divine. Our room is a great size and comfortable. The pool was a bonus and lovely. Special attention to Prince - not sure I got the name right, he is the head waiter at breakfast. His professionalism and warm attitude were super all around; he deserves a big bonus. Lovely, thank you gift at checkout - so unexpected.

The common corridors look a little tired, perhaps a lick of paint would uplift the atmosphere. The towers were tired, rough and small.

Beautiful hotel inside. Gorgeous room which even had an outside terrace area! Great WiFi and air-conditioning. Comfortable spacious bed. Lovely powerful shower and toiletries provided. Room had minibar which was handy for the fridge and tea and coffee provided. Great location just 10 minutes walk from one end of the centre and lots of restaurants etc. Would definitely stay again (but request room furthest away from others!).

Unfortunately the rooms are not soundproofed at all and it was quite noisy when people were outside going into their rooms. It felt like they were talking in the same room! Also very noisy when staff cleaning quite early in the morning. Not ideal but if youre an early riser its unlikely to bother you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my visit. The front desk team was always attentive and helpful, making check-in and any inquiries smooth and pleasant. A special mention goes to Prince, the gentleman who attended the restaurant during breakfast. He was exceptionally friendly and courteous every morning. Prince kept all the areas spotless and was always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended!
