Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Happily provided us with a kettle for the room as only water supplied. Good and plentiful breakfast. Excellent location, close to the centre of the city, with all major attractions easily within walking distance. Parking for approximately 8 cars right next to hotel.

No soundproofing between adjoining rooms and bathrooms! Two of the parking spaces are a very tight squeeze. We had a focus estate and just about fitted through the doorway with about 2" on either side. Main problem was that it was tight to turn to line the car up straight on. Getting out was easier.

Perfect location, pretty canal, quiet street but very easy reach of market square, restaurants, bars and shopping. Comfortable bed and room with relaxing view. Heavy blackout curtains, full length mirror, plenty of decent hangers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely old and interesting building. Bar and plenty of nice places to sit to enjoy a drink, inside and outside spaces.

Nice continental breakfast but would have liked some pastries on offer with this. Breakfast coffee and machine not nice but perhaps just not my taste. Decor in room very nice and minimalist but some peeling paint over bed. Swich for main light by door only. Hairdryer old and sticky, impractical and needs replacing. No kettle in room.

Wonderful gem in a quiet part of Bruges located along a canal. Watched swans and ducks while eating a delicious breakfast: fresh rolls and bread, cheeses, meats, boiled eggs and yogurt. Every staff member was exceptional and welcoming. True hospitality. Room is simply furnished but has everything you need and very clean. I especially appreciate being able to store luggage for several hours after check out. Overall a great value. The hotel was so comfortable to return to at the end of busy days sight-seeing. I would definitely return when visiting Bruges in the future.

Nothing

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedding was nice. The hotel is quiet, and the canal view was beautiful. The room was a good size and reasonably well appointed. The breakfast is well-supplied and you can eat as much as you'd like, including high quality teas, coffee, juices, yoghurt and toppings, pastries, bread, eggs, meat and cheese. I would have liked to have toast, but there was no toaster. The location is convenient for the city centre, it's far enough away that it's quiet but close enough that walking is very easy. It's also only a 15 minute walk from the train station. You can also leave your luggage in the luggage room pre/post check in/out. The hotel itself is very nice, the breakfast room looks out onto the canal. There is also a nice lounge.

Only small things. The staff were not incredibly present, but this was fine for us. I asked for advice or suggestions for a romantic weekend, when I booked and they didn't really engage in this, which was fine. I think this is more a matter of preference rather than an actual issue. The room was missing small comforts, like a cushion for the chair, a shelf in the shower to put toiletries. They only supplied us one set of toiletries for two people, which struck me as a bit stingy.

The location was a very central idea if you want to be on the doorstep to this beautiful city. The hotel was lovely it was just as described. The breakfast was exceptional so many options to choose from and very tasty, you could help yourself to coffee ☕️ or tea throughout the day which was a nice touch. Our room was huge and great for a group of friends like us or a small family Our beds and bedding were clean and comfortable the room had blackout blinds which you don't get very often. We all enjoyed our stay and would probably return if visiting again.

There were a few small things that could have been improved very easily. Room 9 The safe wasn't in use. A mirror would have been helpful outside the bathroom. The television wasn't working and was old. ( reported this twice no one acknowledged or apologized. Lastly, the hairdryer was old slow and cold ( this is an essential need.

The hotel was in an amazing location, really central but back a couple of streets so it’s not super noisy. The bed was really comfy, the room was clean and the staff were lovely. Overall a great stay.

There was a couple of things that we didn’t mind but other people might. Our window couldn’t shut properly, we didn’t mind though as we get warm in the night. The breakfast was lovely but only continental, no hot food. We could hear people in the bathroom next to ours, not constantly but did hear them a couple of times.

The location was excellent, it is in a quiet street near to the city centre. It is very walkable, close enough to the main square but quiet enough not hear the noise from outside. The staff was very nice and there is a possibility to park your car for 20€ a night next to the hotel. The breakfast was good in terms of a 3 start hotel & very hygienic.

We had a room on the ground floor and it was very noisy on one of the nights: a toddler was hysterically crying, then there was so much going on around the reception until 10 pm (the reception closes at 10) then guests arrived after midnight both woke up for their car (since the room was facing the parking lot) and also when they went to their room. There is zero noise cancelling you can literally hear every single word that is being said outside the room within the building.

The location was excellent and the hotel has a lovely laid back style and a stylish decorative finish. Breakfast was delightful and the staff very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was super simple.

Our shower water didn’t drain properly so had to remove the drain or make a damn with the towels to stop the bathroom flooding. The walls were thin and although the rooms are super comfy we had a couple of disturbances with people talking loudly which disturbed our sleep.

- Not all rooms are accessible via the elevator. - Small refrigerators in rooms would be helpful for storing drinks and ice creams. - Water kettles in rooms would allow for making tea without going to common areas. - No air conditioning in the rooms.

The hotel is located in the city center, barely 10 minutes of walking from anything touristic in Brugge. Main shopping street is two blocks away, meaning that you cannot hear the people, but you can get to a nice lunch and/or coffee place in no time. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly, always willing to help and recommend less known sights to visit. The breakfast is nice, nothing warm expect for soft-boiled eggs, but the selection of cold cuts and yogurts is quite decent with vegan and lactose-free versions available. Croissants from the local bakery are also served and are just amazing. After breakfast, there is a bar open, with the prices not higher than the average place in the city center. The room is quite basic, but contains everything you may need if you're spending most of your day walking around the city and not staying inside. There is an outside terrace going down to the canals, where you can enjoy your breakfast or evening drinks.

The hotel seems to have a local boiler, which we were not told about, so there might not be hot water in the evenings or in the mornings. The cafe/restaurant recommendation given by hotel staff are still mostly overrated place, so you will be better off looking for good reviews on google.
