The room was a bit smaller than I expected but it was enough. The bed was very comfy, the level of cleanliness really good. However, I considered the breakfast to be way to espensive so I opted out. Plus, it is quite late, starting at 8, I usually left the room by that time. Overall, it was a good experience and most likely, next time I am in Bruges, I will stay at Maraboe again :)

Hm..there wasn't anything in particular I didn't like. A better view would have been amazing but...I didn't spend too much time in the room. I honestly don't have anything that I didn't like

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready with a smile and helpful advice. It truly made a difference to my experience. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. The spread was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel's location is also ideal. It's situated just a short walk from the central square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's main attractions. Despite its proximity to the bustling center, the hotel itself was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also really appreciated the hotel's flexibility. My flight wasn't until later in the day, and they kindly allowed me to stay in my room for an extra two hours past the check-out time, without any additional charge. This was a huge convenience and demonstrated their excellent customer service. Finally, I must commend the hotel on its cleanliness and orderliness. My room was spotless, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of friendly staff, a fantastic breakfast, a perfect location, and exceptional service made for a truly enjoyable stay."

Great location; 15 minute walk from train station, 10 minute walk in to town centre. Bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, loads of shopping available too. Check in was smooth, as was booking the sauna. Breakfast was plentiful and great selection. Comfy beds, lovely, simple, room. Building is a lovely, old, converted brewery and has been decorated to a high standard. While you can hear people walking down corridors, at night it was very quiet and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wifi was a bit slow sometimes, but everything else was great.

Staff was nice. The room and bathroom were a decent size. The location is right on the outer border with the historical downtown area. It was about 15-20 minutes walk from the train station, and most of the walk was through a park area, with paved paths, and a large plaza. The plaza was hosting live free concerts while we were there .

I need a cool environment for sleeping. Of course since it’s winter the heat was on which is too hot for sleeping for me. We turned off the room radiator, but there was also thick winter duvets on the bed, and it was too hot for me. The window opened so we slept with the window open to have some air circulation, but since there were live concerts, there was a lot of noise with the window open. It’s not the hotel’s fault. The room was otherwise comfortable.

Location is fabulous, 5 minutes walk to centre of Bruges. There is a lift in the building which is a bonus as we were on 3rd floor. Breakfast in dining room was lovely. Room was very clean. It was hot while we were there and no air conditioning so lucky we had a fan to use. We were worried about parking as the on site parking spots were all taken despite trying to reserve in February for our stay in August/September. However there is a fabulous 24 hour parking station across the road which we used. We left our car there for our 3 night stay as we didn’t need to drive anywhere, and it was easy to get to.

Very good location-close to Old Bruges.All tourist atractions are at several minutes walking-distance from the hotel.No need to take public transport.Room was spacious, quiet and clean.It had all we really needed.Bed was so comfy-perfect for a good sleep.Cleaning was made everyday. Bathroom was spacious, in very good condition and clean.The entire hotel looks very nice.Staff was kind and helpful.Even if we arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, our room was ready and we could get in (Super!).Cash payment is available.Good value for money.The area is very safe.We have returned at dark, every evening/night and it was OK.Next time, we shall choose the same hotel.Congratulations!

Good hotel in the old town of Bruges. Excellent help yourself breakfast with plenty of choice Walk across the road into the old town streets. We stayed 3 nights as there's lots to see and do in Bruges, the boat trip along the canals is good. Local walks along the canals and river for our dog Charlie. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The securely locked garage parking has space for 20 plus cars and well worth the charge. Plenty of restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk. Overall a very good hotel and a fraction of the price we were given at nearby places.

The location of the hotel is great, super close to the city center, shopping district, and restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is pet-friendly, so if you love dogs, it's a pleasure to see them going out for walks. Nice staff, and helped us booking a taxi for the train station.

The information about the city tax (4 euro per night per person) is kind of hidden in the reservation email under "Important Details", that might be easily overlook. It would be better to add it straight away in the price for room, or at least under the Price details section or Room details.

Family of 4 staying in 2 rooms. Easy walk from station 10-15 mins. Good breakfast ( continental ) - plenty of cold choice plus eggs. Easy walk into centre, some excellent restaurants and bars a few mins walk away and a bit quieter than main square centre. Rooms clean and tidy. Only point to note is there is no air con, but there are fans provided. We did not use the gym but it is very well equipped.

Really welcoming, friendly and helpful team - wonderful continental breakfast! Very cosy room with useful amenities. Parking is great when you want to go exploring the wider area but the hotel is in an ideal location to explore Bruges on foot.

The visitors in the next room were a bit heavy handed with doors and moving about their room late in the evening, and the sound travelled a fair bit (to be fair the weather on the last night was horrid, so more people had remained in their rooms). It did not spoilt our stay - it was just unfortunate that we needed to be up early and found it tricky to get to sleep.
