Clean, safe and good sized rooms. Very comfortable.

We never did find the parking - you can’t just use the hotel address. Needs to be advised when you book the parking.

It is located in central Brugge, close to everything. . Breakfast was exceptional.

Only negative if I had to was maybe different pillows

The hotel is ideally located close to the main Market square, the rooms are great with very nice toiletries along with tea & coffee making facilities, also a very reasonably priced mini bar. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food. The staff are very helpful and friendly and give good advice on where to go and see, they also have taxis there in a matter of minutes if you want one. I would like to give a special mention to Steve who runs the bar at night, he is a great lad to have a chat with about everything Belgian, he speaks 5 languages his only downside is he supports Chelsea! We had a great chat about football but I couldnt get him to like Leeds. All in all, I would highly recommend the Acacia to anyone thinking about visiting Bruges.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our time in Belgium and will definitely visit again, and if we do go back to Bruges then it will be to the Acacia.

Perfect location in the center of Bruges. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed and the mattress were very comfortable. The personnel were ready to help on anything we requested. Did not try breakfast.

The bed sheet was short thus during the night it was easily removed. The hair dryer in the room was extremely old (and of no use) however a modern one was provided upon request. There were not any drawers on the bedside tables, only a small shelf. There were two small bottles of water in the room (at a cost) which were not replaced when consumed thus during the second night we were looking for a shop to buy mineral water.

Good location in the heart of the city. Seemed to be a very quiet street initially but there was a lot of early morning traffic which caused some noise nuisance as we were in a room on to the street. I'm sure rooms at the back would have been much quieter. Nice big walk in shower but towels could be bigger and thicker. They were changed daily however even though we didn't ask. Toiletries supplied. Tea making facilities in room but we didn't use them. Nice buffet breakfast with hot food as well but no bread toasting machine. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. All in all, I would use this hotel again if I ever went back to Bruges but I'd ask for a room away from the road.

Early morning road noise but that's just my bad luck in getting a road facing room.

Good sized bed breakfast was really nice and location to town centre is very convenient staff in the breakfast area very nice and good choice of. food

Access to parking at hotel during the Christmas fair from l pm to 6pm meant we had to park a long way away and drag our cases through the streets in the rain . Hotel phone number on website was wrong and did not work so there was - no way to get hold of hotel staff to ask how, to get inside pedestrian area, there is a QR code that gives you access or you can find it online but not mentioned in booking process

Beautiful building, down a quiet street but 5 mins walk to the centre of town. Super value for money. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely balcony. Booked bed only but breakfast looked amazing. Meals in Bruges are expensive so booking breakfast at the hotel might just be as expensive as and probably better than the cost of a coffee and croissant in a cafe

The shower in over the bath / not a problem for me but might be worth asking if there are rooms with walk in showers if you prefer.

Locations was excellent for sightseeing ,nice courtyard area where you can have a drink , staff were very informative, bed very comfortable.

We drove and because it is in the heart of the old town there are weekend car restrictions, it is possible to reach the hotel you just drive through a lot of tourists , the car park is in the street you turn off to get to the hotel, they do say Hotel Acacia parking on them , if you pass them you will have to drive back down the busy streets again . The hotel give you an exemption on check in so all do able just more explanation on booking would be helpful.

We loved everything about Hotel Acacia! We have been to Bruges a few times and this was our first stay at this beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely little terrace from our room too. The Rituals toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch! This hotel is in a very central location for exploring all of Bruges on foot. We didn’t pay for the breakfast but it did look very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

Location was really great. We liked the fact that we could walk to everything that we wanted to see. The room was cosy and comfortable. The bathroom modern and clean. Lots of cafes and restaurants on the same block as us. Would definitely stay here again.

The guy as the front desk was a little off handed most days. I also think he didn't try too hard to get us a taxi on departure day, citing that they were all busy, instead hooking us up with a taxi driver mate. Therefore, we had a 3/4 hour wait and nearly missed our train. If he tries that stunt with you, don't buy it. Insist he call another taxi company.
