Clean, safe and good sized rooms. Very comfortable.

We never did find the parking - you can’t just use the hotel address. Needs to be advised when you book the parking.

Sassy and passive aggressive staff to everyone we saw for no real reason

It is located in central Brugge, close to everything. . Breakfast was exceptional.

Only negative if I had to was maybe different pillows

The location was ideal, right in the middle of Bruges centre and that made it easy to go out for a while, slip back to the room to drop off things, have a quick refresh, do a change. The hotel is lovely, it's easy to feel "at home" and the staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and simply nice. Breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

Car access to the hotel was tricky. We weren't supposed to drive on the busy streets to get to the hotel on the weekend so had to request permission afterwards, and the parking was tricky to locate as the gate with the sign on it was open so we couldn't see the sign. All manageable but pre-planning with this knowledge would make it easier for those driving to the hotel.

The hotel is ideally located close to the main Market square, the rooms are great with very nice toiletries along with tea & coffee making facilities, also a very reasonably priced mini bar. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food. The staff are very helpful and friendly and give good advice on where to go and see, they also have taxis there in a matter of minutes if you want one. I would like to give a special mention to Steve who runs the bar at night, he is a great lad to have a chat with about everything Belgian, he speaks 5 languages his only downside is he supports Chelsea! We had a great chat about football but I couldnt get him to like Leeds. All in all, I would highly recommend the Acacia to anyone thinking about visiting Bruges.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our time in Belgium and will definitely visit again, and if we do go back to Bruges then it will be to the Acacia.

Location. Clean.

We had reservation to park on site, but upon arrival the surrounding streets were closed for the morning/afternoon/early evening to vehicles. The hotel gave us no advance warning of the closures. So we had to guess and parked in a large underground lot 10 minutes away. Went to hotel, found out we coukd not park there, then and until later that evening. So wehad to return to our car and lug our luggage back to the room. The front desk did little to make good on the trouble beyond a sorry you wetent notified (but they sure made sure about advance on line check in. )

One of the better hotel rooms in which we've stayed in the last few years of vacationing in the US and Europe. It was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. It also has gated parking for guests who book it in advance, but you must ensure to book it, as there are limited number of spaces available. Stepping out of the hotel, you are right in the centre of the Old City, restaurants and walking distance from all other attractions the city has to offer.

The room did not come with Breakfast, and it was less expensive to eat a very nice breakfast outside of the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Acacia. The location was excellent- only about a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bruges yet it was very quiet. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the room was comfortable, especially the bed. We were made to feel very welcome as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from, and it was delicious. We would definitely return to Acacia.

It's in a great location, two minutes walk from the market place. Despite mention of mosquitos in other reviews we were not bothered by them at all. Very clean with a walk in shower. We had access to a shared terrace from our first floor room which was handy. The breakfast room is pleasant, no queuing for things or anything like that and most items were replenished regularly.

The TV only had one channel. Not enough space to store one's things easily but we were prepared for that so not too much of an issue.

The breakfast was very good. Rajendra was such an attentive maître de. He had such a welcoming and warm personality. The location was so convenient. It was close to the Markt Square. We were lucky to see the light and sound story on the Belfoy.

The reception staff were not warm or welcoming. It felt that we were interrupting them if we asked a question.
