The location is central and a short walk to all shops /attractions etc. we came on motorcycles and parked both bikes outside off the road.

Having to pay an extra €10 for two single beds, but only came with one double duvet.(not a problem for this particular evening as it was so warm) This extra cost was mentioned by the owner at booking to be fair to him…but booking take the money first, then the options are; to cancel or except the extra charges.

The location of the hotel is superb. It’s only a few minutes walk to the centre and local attractions. The host was very welcoming and helpful and even ordered us a taxi to the bus station when we were leaving. We had everything that we needed in our room and were asked daily if we needed anything by staff. Thank you for having us, we hope to return soon ☺️

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! Right in the city center, it’s steps from shops, restaurants, and the main square. All key sights are within walking distance, and waking up to nightingales singing was a lovely touch. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect. Highly recommend for an amazing city experience!

Location is perfect, it is few minutes walking to the city center and also close to dome cool restaurants&bars. Room and beds was also clean&comfortable.

We had to check in after 22.00 and they demanded us 50 euro extre, which they should say this in information page. They just write down “if you will check in late, contact with the hotel” but nothing else. There was not much staff, i only saw one and also there was nobody in reception most of the time so it was also a bit weird.

Location is fantastic - close to the main square. Scenery is lovely on 3rd floor (+2).

No breakfast. No cleaning service in a week! Place needs a clean (mosquitos blatted on the wall; dust in the air con; front door handle needs fixing; electric socket is not secure).

The room was not very clean and the furniture need some upgrades. The bathroom door was not closing well and the pillows could have been more comfortable. There was lots of dust on the furniture surfaces and we also noticed that the window dirty.

location and the price were perfect. very clean . shower was powerfull and always hot. having tv in the room. having a key to main door ment you could come and go at any time.

not a major problem but towels were not replaced .had one set of towels for 5 days, just something i wasn't aware of . we couldn't find the parking that was mentioned on the website.

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is great and stuff is very friendly and helpful. This place has a lot of potential and it doesn’t deserve the rating on the booking.

Superb location, so central to the heart of Bruges. The owner was very helpful, even told us where we could park our motorbikes for free to avoid getting a parking ticket. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a cheap no thrills hotel.

The door to the bathroom was just a thin cheap sliding door which didn't offer much privacy as it didn't close properly.

the room is not very big but big enough for this price in Brugge. Great location, quiet environment. Clean and simple. very close to the center and everything. We have a family room towards the garden, we have not heard any noise from the street, the street itself is a very quiet street. we are very happy with the room and the hotel.

the isolation was not very good you could hear the neighbors talking, but for such an old building, such isolation quality is not unusual. we think it is totally acceptable. No elevator, stairs are very small. It is not a problem for us, but for those who have heavy luggage or have problem walking the stairs, a room on the ground floor might be a better choice.
