Great location. Very nice and spacious apartment. Nice staff. Generous breakfast. In case you are travelling by car - dont forget to book the parking spot in advance (we forgot and it was full).
I think in a hotel of such quality and price range its not necessary to ask for a special fee of €15 per night for a baby cot…

I recently stayed at a hotel in Brugge, Belgium, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located right in the center of the city, making it the perfect base to explore the beautiful surroundings. At check-in, the young male staff member at reception (whose name I unfortunately missed) was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. His polite and well-mannered approach made us feel welcome from the start. The room was spacious enough for three people, with a clean and stylish bathroom that felt quite fancy. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s vintage charm added to the overall experience, giving us a true sense of the city’s historic vibe. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Brugge!

The Location was perfect , a 5 mins short stroll into the main square . The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful and provided information and recommendations on where to go and what to see in the beautiful city of Bruges.
We stayed in the Annex which was just around the corner from the main Hotel but we had to go out side to get there is would have been better if you could go via the main Hotel internally .I think the Hotel would benefit from investing a little outdoor space / garden where guests could sit with a drink from the Bar .

We have stayed many times over the years at The Aragon. The location is perfect. The room was lovely and the breakfast. The staff are lovely too.
I had not bought an adapter for my wifi cable and the hotel charges 15€ to hire electrical items. It’s been a long time since we stayed in a Hotel without a socket in the wall for the port. The room was very warm and we could not open a window. We came back to the Hotel after dinner and the Bar was closed at 10.30, just 3 minutes previously. Little things maybe but we travel a lot and we expect these things for the price we paid.

Central to everything. Breakfast was amazing and anything and everything you could want - brilliant choices. Friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back and recommend 👌🏼
There was an issue with the drainage so when we returned after our evening meal our room stank! I think it was the plugs in the sinks rather than toilet or shower. Unfortunately fully booked so no option to move rooms. The lady on reception came with products to put down the sinks and sprayed febreeze (which helped with the initial smell but soon came back)

Great location with an underground public car park almost next door. Lovely hotel with a very nice feel about it with nice Christmas decorations and very friendly staff who were really helpful. We stayed in a huge family room.
our family room was in an annexe, a building a few doors down the street which meant that we were ''outside'' the hotel which we were a little disappointed with. If we had been told this when booking online, we would have booked somewhere else. The 3rd bed was a sofa bed and the mattress very thin meaning I could feel springs in my back.

Two very comfortable rooms, in a beautiful hotel, in the heart of the old town. Both the English and Continental Breakfasts were excellent and very tasty. Susana on reception was fantastic and could not have been more helpful. Amongst other things,, she marked all the places that we wanted to visit on the complimentary map from the hotel. All of the staff were amazing, but Susana stood out amongst them. We all loved our stay at Hotel Aragon, in the stunning city of Bruges.
One thing that I didn't like was absolutely no fault of the hotel. Being such an old building, the entrance to the secure, hotel car park is extremely tight. With an estate car, I had to reverse in, after several failed attempts to go in forwards, as there was no way I was going to make it through the arch otherwise. If you have a large-ish car, it may be better to park in the public car park 50 metres before you get to the hotel. DO NOT let this put you off staying at Hotel Aragon. It's a beautiful hotel. My only other comment would be that we booked twin rooms as we were a group of friends travelling together. The two beds are separated by only a couple of inches, but we were able to push them apart, due to it being a large room.

The hotel was in a lovely location really close to the market square. It looked lovely and was a friendly comfortable place. Very relaxing environment with attentive staff. Breakfast very very nice with loads of choice. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Able to park the car at the hotel for an extra charge and pre booking. Really nice coffee in the rooms.
We had a family room with 2 rooms joined together and the second room with the twin beds in was very small, the room got very hot as only the main room had air conditioning. We didn’t have a great view as we overlooked the back of another building.

great staff, good air conditioning, useful safe, good bathroom, handy location for main square, very good local bus and train services, comfy and large double bed. The bus stop for the free shuttle bus service is quite close by and so are the normal bus stops with frequent daytime services to and from the station (Google maps is very useful for planning)
The mirror in the room is located away from light and power although the bathroom is good for that. The shower mixer, although new, is not thermostatic and the shower head is not held securely so beware.

Rm 612 family suite It's a suite that has 2 separate bedrooms that can be closed for privacy. 1 room has fridge and coffee machine Each room has a separate closet. Both rooms are spacious and both rooms have a safe. Bathroom amenities are L'Occitane brand. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are very accommodating. It is a new building so it has elevators and modern amenities like key cards for all entry points. Susana went over and above to make our stay in their hotel comfortable. A situation arose and they upgraded us to their sister hotel (Grand Hotel Casselbergh) which is a 5-minute walk. When Susana learned that we have 7 luggages, she provided a taxi to take us and our 7 luggages to Hotel Casselbergh at no extra cost. Breakfast : lots of choices
Nothing.
