A very sweet boutique hotel in a quiet street within 5 minutes walk of the main square. Our room was small but comfortable and very nicely decorated. Lots of nice attention to details. We had a large bathroom but our companions in the next room had a very small one. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was very tasty. Almost of the staff were very nice and attentive.
There wasn’t a lot is space to sit and relax outside of the bedroom. Our bath was very deep and difficult to get in and out of when showering. The shower head was very poor so there was very little power. Towels very very small

This was one of the loveliest places I stayed on my trip - it was just glorious. My room was gorgeous and and breakfast was the best best best I had in Europe. Bruges itself was a dream and I hope I can come back here to stay many many more times. Also! The little restaurant next door with outside seating on the canal, has the BEST Flemish stew. I tried the dish everywhere, and theirs was best.
I loved almost everything! The only tiny thing was that the room key was so huge to carry around. Meant I had to take a bag, which I don’t always wish to do. But I would still stay again in an instant :)

Upon arrival, the front office lady gave us attitude, letting us know that it was “very early for check-in.” We didn’t even get a chance to explain why we were there—which was simply to leave our luggage and enjoy the day. However, the other front desk lady, whom we met that evening when we returned to our room, was very kind. The hotel is very close to the city center, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. Additionally, the hotel is in serious need of renovation, especially in the bathroom.

Conveniently located just a 5 minute stroke to the Markt, this boutique hotel was the perfect base from which to explore the many delights of Bruges. We received a warm & friendly welcome from the staff who were all very professional and courteous. We were on the 2nd floor and there is a lift for convenience. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows and linen. Breakfast was buffet style with a great selection of food and drinks. All in all, a real gem of a hotel and we will definitely stay here again when we return to this amazing city! Thank you.

This is our second stay at this lovely boutique hotel conveniently situated for all the highlights of Bruges. We had a very nice room as pictured with the curtain above the bed but it was quite cramped and the bed is very high. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. The staff are really lovely and helpful.
Whilst it’s beautifully presented there are a few design niggles that irritated us such as not being able to sit up in bed because the reading lamp is in the way and the toilet roll holder is too far away from the toilet. The towels could do with replacing as they are old and a bit matted., plus they are too small. We moved on to the Novotel in a different city and they had lovely large soft towels! Just a personal preference, would prefer the scrambled eggs less well cooked, they were quite solid

I loved my room and the bed was super big and comfortable. Breakfast downstairs for 20 euro was excellent and the staff super friendly. The location is fantastic and I found it quiet. Great block out curtains allowed me to have a sleep in. There's a fridge and a few mini bar items to purchase. Nice products and accessories in the bathroom
Most buttons on the tv remote did nothing and are so bare I didn't know what they were for. It was an LG tv and a Phillips remote, so I think just on and off and volume. But this is just a little thing. I have been travelling a lot and most places have Netflix now

Very nice classic small hotel, with small but comfortable rooms, well appointed bathroom, comfortable beds, air conditioning. There is a small elevator to get you to your room. The staff is very friendly and are eager to help. Wonderful breakfast room, with a very nice spread of hot and cold breakfast items, Many types of bread, yogurts, cheese, smoked salmon, great coffee machine for cappuccino or espresso. At a reasonable price. Small hotel, so reception is cozy and on demand, like in the old days. If you need 24/7 reception areas or bell hops, book the Hilton or Sheraton. But you will miss out on the wonderful personal experience. Location is superb, minutes away from Biekorf Parking Garage, €16 per 24 hours. The hotel is also minutes on foot from all Bruges attractions. We spent 3 night in 2 rooms early April 2025 and highly recommend this gem to any traveller who appreciates small scale perfection.
Bathtubs are slippers, rubber anti slip mats are a must to be included.

Location was good for walking into town. Room was good and shower and bathroom were both excellent. Breakfast was well presented and tasty and plentiful.
I suggested when we left that they could give more information about getting to the hotel. There is an excellent free electric bus which circles the town and we would have used it to get from the station to the hotel had we known more about it. On arrival we took an ordinary bus but had quite a walk from the stop to the hotel. If they had told us the stop to ask for and about the bus it would have made things a lot easier.

Location was great, very close to the centre and all the attractions. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, shower was great and it was nice to have a bath too. Staff were also excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Tv didn’t work for our room for some reason but we only tried to use it one night and didn’t mention it to staff so I’m sure it could’ve been easily fixed. Room also smelt a bit fragrant when we first checked in, probably would be nice for most people but it was a bit much for me so we had to open a window. All in all just nit-picky stuff, we were very comfortable and we’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has lots of character (the 2nd pic is the wallpaper in our room) 😍. We stayed in the junior suite on the 3rd floor and loved it. Not a problem as the property has a small lift. Extremely comfortable large bed, 2 lovely chairs; a separate toilet, bathroom and showeroom. The location was perfect. Walkable to everywhere! The staff were all lovely, welcoming and attentive. Now for breakfast. It was delicious! Beautifully presented with lots of choice! At 20 euros each you may think it expensive however Bruges is not cheap and you also could have as much Cava with your breakfast that you wanted. Not everyone's thing but occasionally we partook 😁 Would highly recommend a stay here.
