Perfect location in the center of Brugges. Amazing staff. Super clean. There are parking space (garages) available for a fee, and there is an underground parking on the end of the street. There is no AC, but the nights are not hot, and there are not many mosquitoes.

Water tap is inconvenient and lacks the aerator so it splashes the water around. The shower lacks the door and is also prone to splashing. The toilet refused to stop flushing water at some point, so I had to fix it. These problems are pretty minor though.

What an absolute gem! It was so conveniently located a few blocks from the Center and across the street from the canal tour point. It was quiet, cozy, very elegant and inviting. There is a parking garage around the corner if they don't have parking available at the hotel. Restaurants are near steps away, as well as outstanding chocolatiers. It was quiet and serene at night.

There were no serious issues to note. If you stay in the Bed & Breakfast understand there is no elevator to go up. They can't add one due to historical building restrictions.

The location was fabulous. The hospitality was second to none. The room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast was delicious & very extensive.

Long screws sticking out from the inside of draws (I caught my finger). Very small entry gap to shower (I’m a UK size 20, so quite a big lady. Anyone bigger than me wouldn’t be able to get into the shower). No lift (I have some minor breathing problems, so sometimes had to pause to get to the top floor). The stairs & shower you can’t do anything about, except maybe ask a couple of questions.

Friendly staff Breakfast was rich, delicious and varied with great service. Nice, cozy rooms, decorated in the old rustic style. Great parking space.

Unfortunately, the pillows are uncomfortable and worn - you can feel clumps of filling inside. All 4 guests from both rooms complained about those pillows. Should definitely be better in the place where you come to spend the night. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. And I must say one of the 3 rooms (room number 1, in beige colour) is clearly smaller, although the price of all 3 rooms is the same. We knew about it before, because we had already spent the night in this guesthouse some time ago and that is why we asked for two larger rooms when making the reservation. Unfortunately our request was not met and we got that smaller one. The room was not well cleaned. The floor appeared not dusted or washed. The bathroom was refreshed, but the joints show stone and mold.

We stayed in the guesthouse which is next door to the hotel. The room was large with plenty of room for your suitcase etc. It felt cosy and homely with lovely decor, tea, coffee, heating etc. There was even room to put your bathroom things down near the sink (which most hotels forget). The bed was huge (it must have been a super King) and was super comfy. The location was excellent, right in town and yet it was a quiet room. We just loved everything about this place.

Love, Love. Love this HOTEL. Exudes the essence of Brugge!! Staff knowledgeable welcoming and professional. Had the breakfast, felt to bad for the one waiter who had to cook also?? As a result breakfast took way too long., But would definately recomend this Hotel to anyone and would stay again when in Brugge!!

The location is superb and the rooms were spacious and good quality. The staff couldn't have been more helpful

The only improvement would have been having tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Breakfast was not appropriate for vegetarian and vegan so ....

I was surprised by 3 flights of stairs for the prices. I'm a senior with a bad foot. The remedy was to charge me more ot to accommodate my injury.

Charming guesthouse. Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was exceptional - staff were super attentive and it tasted delicious, not to mention the bonus champagne! Bram on reception was super helpful and made us feel at home right away.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location, just steps from the famous canal view. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with attentive staff.

Room was a bit small, and there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom by the shower.
