Everything was very good. The room was spotless and had a nice, smart decor. The staff were very polite, lent me a phone charger cable when I needed one (they had lots of cables to pick from, you would be amazed how many hotels don't have a spare cable!), the breakfast was excellent. And, on top of all that, the location was great as well. Somehow managed to be central and have lots going on nearby that you could get to, and yet was still very safe and calm and relaxed feeling.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Great location - close to town center but still is in quiet area. Lovely decor and nice room. Decent size and larger bathroom. Room was in another section of hotel that overlooked a beautiful garden/sitting area.

The hotel is very well situated in Bruges. It is not directly in the center of the city, but it is close enough to it. The room was very comfortable and the bed was a dream. You got always a bottle of water in your room. The breakfast had the right level of variety with many fresh fruits and vegetables.

There were not enough park spaces, but it was possible to park in a parking space very near to the hotel. Here in Booking the hotel fee must be paid in advance although in the booking page of the rooms it is sated "pay at the property". Furthermore, the cancellation policy is 2 days before arrival otherwise you will be charged with the full amount. Well, this seem to be very normal for Bruges. It would be worth to include this booking option in Booking, so you can decide if you choose it or not.

Breakfast was excellent, as was the entire hotel. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The location was just a 3 minute walk to the Market Square. We took Uber to and from the train station as it would be too long to walk from there.

The only slight negative was that this large suite was on the main street in front. It was nice and quiet at night, for the most part, but traffic would start early (0700) and was loud enough to wake us up early.

Lovely hotel, great housekeeping, friendly helpful staff. Spa area an added bonus.

Not a dislike, but be aware the hotel only serves breakfast

The location of the hotel was great and easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. a lovely lady checked us in and our rooms were very nice. loved that we had a window that actually opened. beds were comfy. We had breakfast included and it was realty hot and tasty and was replenished when neeeded.

beautiful bar but had to ring for attention and drinks were limited. needed full length mirror in bedroom and brighter lighting.

This is a beautiful hotel with very relaxing rooms to sit in. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food for breakfast with a very attractive layout. Staff was really helpful and pleasant and arranged early access for us to the breakfast room on the day of our departure.

We were given a large suite that was very comfortable and well-appointed. The bar area and lobby areas were comfy and lovely. Everything was very clean and the staff was very kind and well-versed in everything regarding the city. We loved Brugge and the experience there, and ended up extending out stay two days, and the staff was very accommodating. It was a great location for the central squares, shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast was plentiful, but very corporate in terms of service and feel. It didn't quite feel like the character of the rest of the hotel. Coffee machines, not great coffee.

The hotel staff is very friendly during the check-in/check-out process and gave us helpful recommendations for public transportation use around Brugge. The hotel is in a great location and the area by the hotel is very peaceful. There is a great breakfast with spacious seating options. I enjoyed the variety of food available with the breakfast and the refreshing juices. The lobby is very clean and the lounge to rest is beautiful. The elevator is fast as well. Amazing interior design and architecture!

The bathroom inside our room had a slight smell and the shower water drained a little slowly.

I was very satisfied with our stay, we reserved room with a garden view but they upgraded it to upper floor room where we enjoyed city view. The staff is very polite, helpful. Location is just 5 stars for us, it is right to the main sightseeing places, so 5 minutes walk and you are in the heart of the city. Clean, with everything necessary in the room. Room size is also descent, as a couple we did not feel any uncomfortable nuisances. Breakfast is also good. If I come back again to Brugge will stay here for sure.
