We bicycled in from the train station later than we had expected and the woman at the front desk had us bring the bikes inside and put them in a secure storage room. There was an elevator to our floor so I didn't have to carry the heavy panniers up stairs. The room was good sized and the bathroom was great. The TV was huge although we never turned it on. There was an empty refrigerator and a coffee maker with coffee in the room. The wifi was fast and the bed was very comfortable. I wish we had been able to stay longer.

The window in the room looked out on an air shaft so there was no view but we were only there one night so it didn't matter.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Good location with regards to the beach and train station - just few minutes by foot. Hotel breakfast was nice as well with good choice of food. Wi-fi was good. Special thanks to the hotel staff who were always very attentive and responded quickly to all our requests (including finding and keeping our items which we left in the hotel).

The room size is very small but there is nothing to do with it. And the mattress could be more hard probably.

We have stayed here for many years so the renovations are lovely . Good central location near the marina and close to shops and restaurants .

The bedrooms allocated to us were very small which was ok however my mother is disabled and has a walker as an aid, which when placed in room made mobility around the bed very tight . However , I should have noted this on the booking form and we may have been able to have a larger room allocated to her . In addition the coffee pods in both rooms did not work in machines so I think they may not have been the correct capsules , again I should have mentioned this to reception so just for awareness but I have the same machine at home so not user error.

Great hotel, clean comfortable room and the lady on reception was lovely and very helpful, despite our early arrival. She was a credit to the hotel.

There was not much going on around the hotel (restaurants, bars etc) after 9pm. However, this is not the fault of the hotel just a general observation. We picked this hotel due to its close proximity to the station and it suited us, but if you want a bit of nightlife you may consider a different location ?

We stayed in a small double room with a very comfy bed, quiet and good amenities. It was just right for being in a busy city with lots to explore on the doorstep. Very friendly and helpful receptionist as we checked in which was a very good start. Safe room to leave our bikes in the hotel.

The lights from the phone, the clean the room button and the air-conditioning were very bright and couldn't be dimmed. Eye mask essential.

Breakfast provided a good variety of food in a pleasant atmosphere . The view from the restaurant windows was exhilarating

I think the primary colour used in the hotel around the entrance and rooms were pretty dull and dark (Referring to the dark blue) . otherwise no issues.

The room was a perfect size, as well as the bathroom. The hotel was very well maintained and the cleaning lady did a perfect job. The location was ideal: in the shopping-walking street which leads you straight to the beach. It is also just a short walk from the trainstation. Just perfect. The staff was always friendly and helpfull.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, right at the beginning of the shopping street. There’s a lot of nice restaurants near by. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I was able to communicate with the staff very well,they were always happy to help.

The walls are a little bit thin so we could hear other rooms but it only happened 1-2 times

Review: I recently stayed at Holiday Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to others!
