I appreciated the hot water kettle, the small fridge, the double door so that I don't hear noise from the hall. Also liquid soap and moisturizer in the bathroom was nice. The beds and chairs were comfy, tv worked fine. The staff was helpful and quick to help make the trip go smoothly. I also liked the "Happy Trip" train ticket that made the round trip journey economical. Location is good, right near a tram stop, near Casino, near beach.

Everything, matius & staff were so nice, breakfast was good, they have had a refurb in entrance & bar area which is very nice indeed, been before and will continue coming

Nothing, but parking is bit bad, same as most hotels there, if you have car it’s ok as you can go underground but we had camper so made it bit difficult as it was too high to go underground

Centrally located, easy access to beach and town. Good spread for breakfast, staff friendly and helpful.

No air conditioning or fan in rooms, only large windows. Once window is opened a constant noise from the seagulls, not pleasant at all. A/C is highly recommended or at a minimum fans.

The location is great, close to the beach and to the center. Staff is super kind and friendly. the room is very clean and I have appreciated the big bathroom.the bed is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the stay in this hotel.

Excellent location in front of the Casino , in the midst of the city and a stone throw away from the beach. Lucky again to have received an upgrade upon checkin, booked a double room but got a huge appartment with 2 bedrooms, spacious living room and big terras. Great breakfast and superb staff! Thanks for a great stay!

The friendliness & helpfulness of the manager & staff. The location is perfect for city visitors, being close to the sea, the markets & the lovely bars/restaurants. Spotlessly clean throughout, large room which despite being in the city was totally quiet.

There really is nothing to dislike.

The location was very central to all activity & amenities. The hotel was very bright clean & welcoming.

The single beds were very narrow, with mattresses with a rubbery surface so sheets slid off constantly. Otherwise room was comfy. Ensuite was a good size, clean & room service was attentive.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Perfect location.

The breakfast was disappointing. Quite noisy in the morning with street cleaners and emptying the bottle banks. The shower with bath is not comfortable.

Very good window insulation. The closet has many shelves and hangers. There are all the amenities. Kettle for making tea or instant coffee.

You can't hear the street, but you can hear the hotel. Take earplugs with you.
