The staff was very friendly, the rooms are really nice. The bathroom is perfect and the bed is super comfortable. The hotel is very cute and the location is ideal.

Not something I didn’t like, but maybe something that could be looked at. We didn’t hear anything from the hall/neighbours in general, but we had some neighbours that made a lot of noise very late in the evening and very early (5:15 am) in the morning. I feel like the walls are quite thin, especially with other customers who don’t respect quiet time.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is managed in a very professional way. Everyone was so friendly. Things run smoothly. The rooms have air-conditioning that you can control. I reiterate all the good things that have been said in previous comments. Ostend is a beautiful seaside resort with impressive bel epoque architecture. There's a good atmosphere and lots to see.

The elevator is somewhat slow 🐌 but then you're not supposed to rush things when on holiday. It's not that big a deal. Patience is a virtue 😇

Hotel and rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

One room was significant smaller than the other, but we still cost the same price. Disappointed in the size of the smaller room. Water from the shower would run on the floor, so you had to stand in the water. They gave us a new bath math, but did dry the floor. This should be done for a hotel of this level.

The room was an average size, but big enough for our needs, the bed was really comfortable, we had a good night's sleep. I was disappointed on checking in as I was under the impression that I had booked a room that included breakfast, I didn't find the accomodation cheap for 3 nights stay! Breakfast was at £21 per person, it was a bit of a cattle market at it's busiest, the food was okay, consisting of scrambled egg, sausage and bacon bits, plus fruit, yogurt, cereal, fresh bread, pancakes ect. I would stay here again as we were in a good location, a short walk to the beach and shopping centre. The seafood near the harbour was amazing! transportation was cheap to get around by Tram/Train. :)

Really loved the location, a bit out of crowded areas, beautiful historical building. Breakfast was amazing, staff tending to the breakfast was great. Plenty of choices and great bread. Nice bar also with a small outside terrace, perfect for that last drink before heading to bed. My room was spacious and well equipped.

Wasn't a big fan of the bed and pillows but that's a matter of preference, they are both on the soft side

Breakfast was good with a wide range of choice. The location of the hotel is very good.

The outside of the building is a very but the inside is very standard, no link to the art nouveau. Inherent to an old building there was some noise from the guests in the room above us, thet were quite heavy on their feet and walked around a lot. No fresh juices at breakfast.

Friendly staff. We arrived at 10:30 am. Not only were we allowed to check in early, we were given an upgrade to a larger room. It had a separate room for children. This was very much appreciated. The room was clean, with air conditioning and came with a Nespresso-equivalent machine. Nice touches like cotton buds in the bathroom were appreciated. The room, being on the top floor (7th floor), offered a distant sea view and was quiet.

A fridge in the room would have been great.

Very welcoming and pleasant stay with a lovely breakfast. Excellent set up for a family room.

The windows opened very wide for a family room on the 5th floor so we were slightly anxious about the safety of the children. It would have been good if there had been an option to properly lock them.

The hotel is located close to the sea side. It is nicely decorated and welcoming. There is a billiard room that is free. Staff are nice, friendly and always at your disposal. The rooms were modern clean and beautiful. Modern shower and toilets.

The elevator was id quite small and slow so I used the stairs sometimes.

Excellent location, we loved the triple room despite the lack of natural light as the size was great, our kid had a bedroom corner to himself, room and bathroom were super new and clean, with all necessary facilities. Beds were extremely comfortable and with nice bed linen. Hotel buffet breakfast was amazing, including even champagne on weekends! (which we didn’t take being with a small child). Fruit and lemonade made available throughout the day to hotel guests- a lovely and cosy gesture. Hotel is only around 150m away from the beach and is perfectly located also with regard to the city centre. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, room was cleaned daily - and very thoroughly. The hotel also is very tastefully designed, blending the original art deco charm with modern furnishings and original art work in the restaurant. We seriously got everything we needed- and this three-star hotel l much exceeded our expectations as it could easily deserve one more star!

The triple room lacks natural light but despite that it is very comfortable- and with good weather we spent most of our time outside, and a lot by the beach.
