The location was quite good, just minutes from the sea and promenade. Also plenty of paid parking around, both underground and street. Quick check in. Breakfast was fine with decent options (warm options), but overcrowded. Go early for more options. Dogs allowed, in fact many were there during our stay. Definitely try the wellness center. Its worth it, especially the nudist area as its brand new and you'll likely have it alone. Restaurant and bar on ground floor.

The hotel is quite dated and could be cleaned more. Renovation necessary. Room was very loud most of the night and early morning. Staff not the most friendly. Lots of kids.

Great location with a promenade connecting it to the beach (2 min walk). This is a very good 3 star hotel. The rooms are spacious and come with a safe and a fridge. Another interesting detail is that the toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is paid parking in a nearby Indigo underground garage (2 min walk) for 24 euro per day. The buffet breakfast is great. A lot of choice. The pool is not big but it’s nice for the kids. There is also a bubble bath. We did not use the wellness facilities which are charged separately. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

The only reason I gave a 9/10 is the kids menu. We ordered the spaghetti bolognese and we feel there are a few issues. Everyone who has kids knows how picky they can be. For this reason you “do not” mix eggplant cubes in the kids spaghetti bolognese. We also feel the “spaghetti to sauce” ratio could have been better: a lot of pasta but not a lot of sauce. And lastly, the pasta was served in a small bowl instead of on a plate, which means it takes ages to cool down, which is not ideal when you have a hungry kid. I obviously can’t comment on the other dishes from the kids menu but I would advise for the bolognese to be revisited - you will make a lot of parents happy. The other dishes were great (cod fillet and fish casserole).

Great room size, family room was basically a suite. Breakfast, although a bit chaotic at first, was really well stocked. Loads of choice.

No solid bathroom door, just a glass sliding one so with a bathroom fan that ran all the time, it was noisy at night. Things were a bit tired and several light bulbs didn't work. Renovation is happening in the hotel which wasn't an issue accept there was only 1 small lift for what seemed like a lot of people. We were happy to use the stairs. No drinks facilities in the room. Would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea. There was a fridge though.

We were in the very spacious room for a family of 4. We had a terrace overlooking the seaside (tram line and promenade). For the price and for Belgium, we found the breakfast very nice. One can have bacon, eggs, pancakes, variety of cold cuts and cereals, yoghurts, fruits, jams, etc. The pool, although a bit cold and on the small side, is an added value when travelling with kids.

The beds were not comfortable- mattress too soft- but this is very personal. Front desk staff wasn't particularly nice and welcoming, but not too bad either. The hallways, elevators and common areas seem a bit dates but they seem to be renovating.

Great location, 2 minutes walk to promenade and tram stop right outside. Large comfortable bed. balcony with view to promenade. All staff helpful and friendly, was allowed very early check in as rooms was ready. Excellent breakfast with great variety and good quality.

No a/c in room so was quite warm and no fans available. Hotel very busy so at breakfast there were occasional queues and some temporary shortages of cutlery.

I liked several aspects of my stay. Firstly, I appreciated the prompt and courteous response from the hotel staff when we encountered an issue with our initial room. They swiftly accommodated us in a new, clean room and made us feel valued as guests. The wellness facilities were a standout feature, being well-maintained and providing a relaxing escape from daily routines. The hotel's location was another highlight, offering a perfect balance between proximity to the city center and the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood. The convenience of having a tram stop right across the hotel also made transportation easy. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was quite impressive, offering a wide range of choices to cater to different preferences.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the size of the hotel's restaurant. It felt a bit small in comparison to the size of the hotel, which occasionally led to crowded conditions during breakfast. However, it's important to note that the restaurant staff handled the situation admirably and remained friendly and efficient despite the high number of guests. This minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience during my stay.

Lovely hotel not far from the sea cost (however not in the front line). The spa is great, there are plenty of features including jacuzzi, massages, sauna, hammams.

We went from Sunday to Monday, not on holidays and the spa was very crowded. There was no private jacuzzi available. I would advice to maybe go there during week days and go to the spa in the early afternoon because in the evening it’s getting crowded
