I absolutely loved the design and the overall branding. A lot of branded items and custom made decor (even coat hangers, chairs, toiletries), which shows how much effort was put into every little detail. The room was decent sized, with a big terrace and very comfortable bedding. The hotel lobby is just amazing, especially for children. The hotel is walking distance from the beach and if you book the Rooftop, you will have a nice sea-view.

Just some small details: the towels were clean but there was some residual staining on the yellow ones. I understand the hotel style of a bit industrial, with unfinished walls etc. But sometimes the walls and doors had quite big scratches, stains and impact marks.

I liked the location, very close to the beach and the city centre. However if you get a street view room expect loudness from people coming from the beach or parties from 2am to 3:30 am, maybe this only happens in the summer. Rooms don't have AC, so something to consider also if you are going in the summer. For the rest, really nice hotel, especially if you go with kids, there's lots of fun things to do, besides the cool slide, there's ping pong, darts, couches to lye and read, etc. The breakfast was also very good. Staff could be a bit friendlier in reception and explain a bit more about the facilities.

Only the street noise was upsetting in the middle of the night.

The location was perfect! We could bring our dog :) There were things to do in the hotel like games, ping-pong, snooker, slide for the kids and everything was working and in good condition! The staff was kind The room was spacious The hotel has a nice hipster vibe The breakfast was delicious, though freaking expensive.

The sound isolation was awful. We woke up in the middle of the night with people chatting in their room and it was hard getting back to sleep.

Location was perfect especially for getting to Ostend train station where we visited Bruges. There is a huge parking lot underground next to the hotel too. The staff were super friendly and helpful and spoke good English! We called and they answered straight away and were very helpful prior to arrival. The hotel itself is really unique and cool, and the room was superb for the one night we stayed.

The only issue was the shower which seemed to spill out into the bathroom floor, which required 2 towels to dry up.

This place is great! The common areas are perfect for lazying around if the weather isn’t great > very convenient with kids! The location is perfect. The room itself is quite large and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. And the staff is very helpful and understanding. We had a great time and hope to return again in the future.

I have no real « complaints », just some small « room for improvement » suggestions: - bigger baby beds > the current ones are really only for babies, not toddlers - strange smell in the hallways (new paint?) - also a bit more light in front of the room doors in the hallways - tissue box in the room - Netflix connection in the room

Location is excellent though parking is a little inconvenient (public paid parking). Beach is close and the city centre is on the doorstep. Hotel is modern 'industrial chic' - exposed pipework and bulkhead lights, that sort of thing. Great if you're into all that (which we sort of are). Also great if you have kids - who will love the slide in the foyer/bar. Staff mainly friendly and helpful apart from one somewhat unsmiling night manager who seemed rather grumpy when asked if the bar was still open at 11.30pm (it wasn't).

The bar is a bit expensive (when open) - as is the breakfast. Slightly bigger towels would be nice, but this is a niggle. Otherwise a decent place to stay with a good atmosphere.

The nice look and feel of the hotel

Adjacent room's guests had a small dog which yapped too many times throughout the night and disturbed my sleep. The black paint on the walls that could be viewed from my window prevented any night light from being bounced around and into residual lighting my room... might work for those who need complete darkness to sleep, but I prefer to wake-up to some light

it was a really nice and comfortable room. i really liked how everything looked and was decorated. i also loved how the shampoo, conditioner, body cream, towels … were customised!!

the only thing that was a little dissappointing, was the fact that the room smelled a lot like cigarettes.

Very unusual and interesting internal decor. Large kids play area with big slide. Interesting bar with pool table and football table. Parking is in the underground car garage with an access very close, but beware €30 overnight fee. Staff very friendly. No restaurant. But there are many nearby I’d recommend this hotel

Despite its compact size, the room was surprisingly comfortable and perfectly adequate for a short stay. It boasted modern and high-quality amenities. The helpful staff went above and beyond, offering insightful recommendations for restaurants and tours that truly enhanced our experience.

Not much - perhaps the table tennis rackets were a bit old/damaged.
