Incredible location in the middle of the city and right by the beach, tram stop & train station. Wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of variety. The room was on the smaller side but had good storage options, lots of charging ports and was excellent for a 2nights stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful from before checkin until after checkout.

Minibar was not operational without purchase from the hotels shop.

Great hotel! Very welcoming and friendly staff, also very helpful by phone to find the right parking location. I think not one question we could ask would be too much. Nice, modern but warm design in the general areas and rooms. All one could wish for or possibly need during a stay. Extensive and very good breakfast!

The hotel is in the best place, 1-2 streets from the harbour, beach and party area. There is a huge public parking just a few meters from it. The hotel is kept clean, but obviously, they are in high demand, so some wear is visible. The room vas comfortable and the staff is very nice, they changed the towels without question, when we asked, because it had a dump smell and when we left they gave us 2 bottles of water for the heat.

The rooms indeed could use some renovation, but it's the usual hotel wear (like unremovable stains on the carpet, etc.), the cleaning service is good. As many people said the walls are thin, you can hear the people in the next room.

Location is very good. Everything is within walking distance. Friendly personal and clean room. Breakfast was very good. Very extensive.

Pity that the bar was already closed when we came back to the hotel after the new years eve festivities in town. Overall price of the hotel was too high, but we booked pretty late for New Years Eve.

Its mainly a city hotel which has very little space regarding common areas like lobby, restaurant etc so you need to stay in your room or go out for a walk.

The hotel is very clean and modern, very minimalist making use of all the space. I liked that for breakfast there was a waffle machine and you could make your own fresh waffles. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

In the family room one of the beds should be a double for the adults. It would be great if the restaurant served dinner.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and most of the staff were friendly and helpful (especially the lady behind the bar).

On arrival, the receptionist was not very helpful with the response to each question being "it's impossible", delivered with a warm smile! Eventually another receptionist was more helpful.

Excellent hotel with all the accomodations in the close center of Ostende. Very Quiet Room with a good isolation system. Good Wifi and big TV

Perfect stay in Ostende. Location perfect. Family room was very nice with very comfy beed. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Definitely would stay again.
