It is an old hotel, but recently renovated. For the price i paid 64 euro a night, this is a top notch location, and i know because was born and lived 41 years in Oostende. It is right in the street where the exit is from the underground seaparking, it is in the center of Oostende. Right near all restaurants and bars. Despite the location my room was located in the inner courtyard. And i had an absolute quit night. The bed .. a really good Boxspring. I can not remember i had such a good sleep in a hotel for a long time.

Just a small point. There is a shelf located on the leftside of the bed on eye level. I woke up during the night to go to the toilet and a really unpleasantly bumped with my shoulder on the corner of this shelf. The shell is not located in a good spot.

Well situated close to beach and lively area but in quiet near neighbourhood so pleasantly quiet-apart from nocturnal gulls! Comfortable room with necessary basics. Small shampoo and wash tube. One coffee sachet, no milk pods.

Front door locked early. Passcode fine but meant hotel essentially closed in evening as big bar area closed. Much coming and going as result so quite noisy. Personally upset as next door room has TV on loud until 1am. Glad I didn't get in until 11pm!

First and foremost, this hotel offers excellent value for money. While it may not be brand new, everything was spotlessly clean — from the room to the pristine bed linens and towels. The shower worked perfectly, and there was a TV, a kettle, along with complimentary tea and coffee. For a budget hotel that's half the price of others in the area, the conditions were truly impressive. On top of that, it’s just a one-minute walk to the sea and located right in the heart of Oostende.

It’s in a great location, not too far from the station and right across from the ocean. Everything feels within walking distance and the staff have a very positive and warm energy.

Staff were all helpful and friendly. TV and internet were good.

Breakfast was slightly overpriced- we would have gone for it had it been under Euro 10 (children could have been lower still). No extractor fan in shower room meant mirror stayed steamed up. No milk with tea and coffee in bedroom.

The views from the terrace and balcony are amazing and much better than the photos. There are 2 chairs on the roof and a umbrella if you need shade. There are also 2 portable chairs/ loungers which were fab and we took to the beach one day. The living space is small but had everything you need and we spent most of the time on the roof/ terrace anyway. There was a bar/ restaurant underneath which was great but not noisy at all. On our last night there was a festival which the locals in their traditional clothes and were singing which was a real treat! Its only about 5 mins walk to old town and 5/10 mins to beach and Marina. The host booked us a taxi to the airport which was greatly appreciated. I loved this apartment and wouldnt hesitate to stay again

We only had 1 towel but luckily we had beach towels and they could do with some more glasses etc but apart from that it was fab

My favorite place when I visit Ostend. The location is great, the rooms are always clean and the people there at the reception are very kind and friendly. I recommend it.

Although the room was tiny, it was so cozy and quiet and I had all I needed! The bed and linens were very comfortable.

Being asked to leave my luggage behind the desk unattended. No real welcome. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

Great location and good value for money.

Mattress was quite soft which wasn’t great but as it was just for one night, wasn’t a big deal. The room needed more light switches and bedside lights.

4 night's a little bit expensive 80€ for my little jack Russell, sleeping on the floor next to me, no problem but no water bowl or anything for the dog, otherwise very nice 👍
