I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. After a long day out, it was great to unwind with a drink at the hotel bar, which had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready with a smile. The facilities were spotless and clearly well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the room was a bit on the smaller side—but given the excellent location, it was a fair trade-off.

We needed to change one of our rooms (not anything to do with the room itself but family reshuffles needed) and the team did this really quickly without any issues - which saved our holiday! One of our family was ill when we arrived on Christmas Eve and the staff very kindly made him a special meal to take in his room as he was missing the (fabulous) dinner there in the restaurant and this cheered us all up - and really helped him recover. Everyone was so nice to us and we really appreciated that human element of the hotel. The location of the hotel is very central and convenient, but it was also very quiet at night and this was perfect. My kids loved the breakfasts too and the sauna and pool.

Breakfast was very good, during our trip this was the only hotel where my daughter was full after breakfast :) our room was very clean, comfortable and large.

Toilet could be more clean, the smell was aweful

Extremely central location at one of the two main squares of the town. Even though Bruges is a small town, it was insanely cold during our visit so we appreciated the short walking distances. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind and lovely. The hotel lobby is quite roomy and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. Our room was warm without being stuffy, and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of room to spare for our four pieces of luggage. Great lighting, lots of counter space, exquisite shower were all perfect for two female travelers. This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

It truly was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, and its location couldn't have been better. We found the breakfast to be very good, providing a great start to our days. The bar, terrace, and restaurant were simply magnificent, creating a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel offered a wide variety of restaurants, which added to the overall experience. It was great to have so many dining options to choose from.

The location is great, right by one of the main squares. Its a modern large hotel and has its own parking garage underneath (no reservations needed) for 30 Euros a night. Our room was very modern and a decent size. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially the people at the front desk. Was able to check in early.

We felt our room was a bit dirty when we checked in and there was a small stain on the sheets so we asked if they could replace the sheets when we went out. The front desk was super apologetic (even though we said it was no big deal at all) and when we came back the room was very clean. This made me question whether the room wasn't properly cleaned between us and the last guest but we were happy with the updated cleaning they did. Breakfast was quite small for such a large hotel with not an amazing selection. I've stayed in quite a few hotels in Beligum and have always been impressed with the breakfast buffet and this was quite lacking in comparison.

The location is superb, right at a square, and within walking distance to all the main attraction of Bruges (city is walkable though). We especially like the twin double beds for family of 4. TV has option of logging into our own Netflix which is a bonus. Small swimming pool for kids to play is always great.

Continental breakfast was pretty standard, did not ‘wow’ me. EV charging was expensive, £30 for the duration of the day, might be worthy if someone arrives in an empty battery, silly price especially it cost £30 per night to park! Gym facilities only opens from 7am, limited machines.

I would happily recommend this place to others. The rooms were clean and fresh. There were toiletries to use which are handy when travelling light for a long weekend trip, along with a fridge and hairdryer. The pool and gym were great if you have the time. The location is spot on, you are right in the centre and there is no noise. We didn't use the restaurant however did grab a drink downstairs on arrival as we were a bit early for check in. The staff were great, really helpful and suggested some nice walks close by. We used the bag storage to go and explore while we waited for check in. If you fancy a bit of history, check out the ruins on the bottom floor, won't take too long but interesting to see. Thanks for a great stay! Will definitely return.
