We stayed just before Christmas and the hotel was decorated beautifully and felt very festive. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Brugges. We couldn't fault the staff, they were all lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was beautiful with 360 degree view of Brugges. We loved the little touches such as leaving the weather forecast for the next day in a bag with chocolates on our door handle for us to find in the morning. We were also given some Christmas chocolates on the eve before our departure to thank us for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and we loved having eggs cooked in front of us on an a aga. Accompanied with fresh fruit, homemade breads, pastries, meat and cheese and a glass of champagne, it was definitely worth the money. Overall we had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay here again if we are in Brugges.

Absolutely nothing Everything was perfect

Excellent location and extremely courteous staff, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed during December and the hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations. In the evening the fireplace and candles were lit making it a joy to return to in the evening. Chocolates were left in the room and on the evening before we left we were presented with a personalised Christmas card and a small gift. The breakfast was beautifully presented and you had plenty of choice it was a mix of help yourself for continental items and ordering for cooked items with a glass of Prosecco! We will definitely be returning.

Everything was tastefully presented but if I had to find fault it would be that the bathroom was very narrow and using the toilet was a bit of a squeeze as it was positioned between the wall and the bath.

Great staff, friendly, very helpful and thoughtful Breakfasts were great, but massive! Sometimes included an extra, freshly cooked little cake. I really liked the fresh fruit bowl. Plenty of shelf space in bedroom and I could open window.. Very clean. Nice touches like chocolates at night. Overall good quality but not overstated or intrusive. I felt welcome and at ease.

Shower screen narrow, a bi-fold one would avoid soaking bathroom floor. The side of bed nearest to bathroom was a bit soft (I've found this before in single-use rooms in other hotels - one side obviously gets more use). No drawers for personal items. Would be nice to be able to get a small breakfast (eg coffee+croissant)

The best choice we could make for our stay in Bruges. Welcoming and attentive staff, delicious breakfast, cosy room and nice atmosphere.

For late April, we had hoped the weather would have been better.

The staff both on Reception and at breakfast were so welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location close to all main sites. Raphael took time to welcome us and gave us helpful guidance to make the most of our stay of the main sites to see. He also made recommendations for restaurants and made the reservations for us. We had a superb meal on our first night. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and air conditioning worked well. The standard of decor throughout was high. Would recommend to others.

The staff went above and beyond to help. They were great at providing local information, top tips and were always available to help. Little touches like the nightly weather and chocs were a lovely treat. The hotel aesthetic was fabulous, and we loved the cosy bar, living room with the fire. The location was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing that let the room down (but only a little) was the bathroom. Though perfectly acceptable, I think the bathroom is starting to look tired and the shower/bath combo wasn’t great.

All of the Staff were extremely friendly, helpful & informative, especially Raphael who would offer extra help to assist further! The Breakfast was fabulous, a very personal approach to start the day, with eggs cooked exactly as you preferred them, and served in a beautiful room! The location was perfect! The Bedroom was immaculate & very clean, and the room I stayed in was very quiet!

The Lift wouldn’t suit a claustrophobic person!

It’s so beautiful. We stayed in a standard room & it was so pretty with a gorgeous view over roofs & of the bell tower. We were gently awoken by the church bells every morning, except on Wednesday we were woken up by the smell of bread being baked - delightful! The staff were all so lovely, so helpful & accommodating. It’s perfect if you’re celebrating a birthday or special occasion like we were. We’ll definitely be back! The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance.
