We enjoyed our stay overall. The room is very small, but clean and well-equipped — it has everything you might need for a short stay. Just keep in mind that everything is minimal, so it’s best not to have too high expectations. The location is great: the beach, parking, shops, and cafés are all close by, which is very convenient.

There were a few downsides, though. The couch wasn’t very comfortable, and the balcony was very small and difficult to access. It was also a bit tricky to avoid splashing water all over the bathroom when using the shower. One more thing to note — while not directly related to the room itself, the hotel’s central location meant it was quite noisy outside during the night.

it was our second stay here, the location (very close to the beach and walking distance from the station) is the biggest asset. Furthermore, the room is very clean and the kitchen has everything to prepare a simple meal. This time we got a much smaller studio than the last time, so keeping the sofa bed open would be challenging in a longer stay, but as we stayed just one night, it was fine. Sleeping on the sofa bed is the only option if you are with 2 adults and a child as the only real bed in the room is a (very nice) single one.

The same points as last time (which did not prevent us from coming back for a short stay): the sofa bed is not the most comfortable and the fact that the shower only has the 'rain' option (not so handy to wash a 4 year old).

Very well situated. You're right next to the beach, restaurants, shops. The accommodation is a mix between contemporary interior design and a distinct touch of vintage art deco. I loved the taps in the bathroom. Checking in and out runs very efficiently. The studios are modern, very pretty, and compact. The kitchen is very handy and cute. It was nice and quiet for a good night's sleep. The building is really beautiful with elegant decorative features. Well worth its money. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The beds could do better. The mattresses on both the single bed and sofa bed were a bit on the flimsy side. Some spaces had dust left on them like the headboard of the single bed and the odd windowsill. The toilet had a strong odour.

Im overall happy with everything. Its a beautiful building well decorated with paitings of J Ensor. Very close to the beach and supermarkt theres also option of dining and takeaway nearby. The Studio is also very good clean and equiped with a very small kitchen with enough utensils to do some basic cooking. It was confortable during our 2-night stay.

Theres only one thing that i really disliked was that they almost didnt gave shower gel (80 ml available), shampoo and conditioner (40 ml each was provided by the hotel for 3 adults during 2 nights) and considering the proximity to the beach it is presumed that you have to shower more often after swiming in the salty sea. I think they could be a littlr more generous on that. So i would advise you to take some with you or just buy more from the nearby supermarkt as i did

Perfect location. Room was everything we expected. Quite small but not an issue as we were out all day. Very clean, great shower, TV good and kitchen area was great for breakfast things and drinks. Fridge good. Lift always worked. suitable for only two people which was not a problem and never saw queue. Staff very helpful and friendly. Happily recommend to anyone and very reasonable price.

Friendly staff on the reception desk, and a very good location for the town and beaches. The room was quiet with an interior courtyard window, so not much natural light, and had a comfortable bed, sofa and a table with chairs. Bathroom was small, badly ventilated and very cold with the window open. A nice stay for a single night.

The bathroom wasn't very nice and no facility to leave bags which isn't what we expected from a hotel of this price range.

Room is okay, clean. Bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed makes quite some noise. Location is 1 min walk to the beach, and just literally next to the city center.

We stayed in a nice comfortable room with all we needed. The little kitchen has a fridge and space to prepare small things. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the shower.

All lights shut with one switch which is unpractical if you have little children which you put in bed early.

Very nice compact room with everything you need for a short holiday or a business trip. well-equipped kitchen and good quality fridge. Good quality bed and sofabed. close to the nightlife of Ostend but not so close you would hear it. The hotel is within spitting distance of the beach. The communication with the Hotel was very good and friendly and the room was also spotless.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and creaked throughout the night. Have stayed in a similarly priced apartment outside EuroDisney last month and had a double bed rather than sofa bed
