It was really nice. I would suggest for anyone visiting to stay there. It was very close to downtown. Very save area and people in the town are very friendly. Close to many shops and restaurants.
The parking in Bruges was a bit expensive. To park on the streets it would have been 50 euro per day. The owner of the place didn't have onsite parking. We had to park a few minutes walk on the main road for free. So it was ok, but would have been better to park at the residence. Secondly, the shower was ground level and was hard to keep the water from expanding out more than we would have liked. Lastly, we were on a room on the third floor as a walk-up. All in all, I would stay there again but be aware of the parking and that you may have to climb 3 floors.

The property was clean and chic with nice owners and staff. The location was a 15 minute walk from the main square which allowed us to explore the streets of Brugge on our way there. With our booking, breakfast was included and what a great breakfast.
I understand that some cities have limited parking where you have to pay to leave your vehicle on the street. Therefore some owner’s will offer parking on their property for a fee. I didn’t like the $20 euros a day when you are already a guest. I don’t mind compensating the owner, but I felt the fee to be very high. If you visit with no vehicle, then no issue.

Bruges is without doubt one of Europe’s most beautiful medieval cities and how fortunate we were to combine it’s beauty with the charm of B&B Saint George, a most suitable guest house, centrally located and offering the grandeur of four-poster bedded guest rooms, spotlessly clean with excellent ensuite facilities. A home from home run by a delightful couple called Olga and Maarten whose friendly welcome reassured our view that this was a place to highly recommend. Will certainly return.

B&B located in a quiet and residential area just outside of the busy and more touristy city centre. The host was very friendly and we enjoyed a little stroll in the nearby park.
Perhaps there should be a little more storage space in the room. We could also hear the other guests on their way in and out the room on the same floor. To everyone travelling by train, the station is located on the opposite side of the city centre, so you might want to catch a local bus or call for a taxi to get there.

Very pleasant stay, ever so warm welcome and hospitality. The B&B is within walking distance of the city centre and all attractions, but located in a very quite side road , not far from the outer circular road. Nice peaceful neighbourhood. Loved the breakfast with view into the garden.
We were on the top floor and had a big room with ensuite bath . The shower has seen better days and needs a little taking care of . The whole decoration and furniture is kind of baroque, unusual to say the least. You like or don't . My wife was impressed by it.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room itself is spacious and well equipped, there were glasses, cutlery and dishes, which come in handy if you want to eat takeout at the hotel. We had a bottle of water waiting for us, which was very nice. The bath is big enough for two. Everything clean and nice. The location is great - far from busy center, but still close enough to walk.
There's no air conditioning, so you have to keep windows open in the summer - gets a bit noisy in the morning, if you like to sleep in a bit.

The quiet location was excellent with easy walking to the many sights of the old part of Bruges. A short 5 minute walk to the bus 1 stop. Overall our room was quite comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
We had room 6 on the top floor and used the pedestal fan during our stay in early May. This room could get quite hot in summer ☀️

St. George’s is in walking distance to all the historic features. The town has to offer and good eateries and bars. It’s been a quiet Neighbourhood across from a park and the breakfast was sensational.
Obviously the stairs, but that’s part and parcel of traveling through historic villages throughout Europe, and the furnishings are a tad with towels needing to be replaced.

Nice very clean warm room with tea making equipment. Lovely comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room overlooked a spacious garden. Peaceful location. Olga was very welcoming and we were made to feel at home.
wi-fi was a bit hit and miss. Never quite got to work out the TV though we didn't really have that much time to watch it anyway

Good location, out of the way yet close enough to the center. The bed was soft and comfy, great private taras allowed for nice relaxing atmosphere . The private parking well worth the extra expense. The breakfast was superb and the owner very helpful and friendly.
I wish the bed had a bed sheet to sleep under, the duvet was way too warm. I am sorry I didn't ask the owner for it , as I am sure she would have easily accommodated.
