Loved the location on a quiet, interesting street just a 10 min walk to the very heart of the city (Rosary Quay, the Markt etc). Really friendly, helpful staff who give us restaurant recommendations, ordered taxis, stored our luggage etc. Nice little bar and courtyard for a drink. And if you're staying in July and August then the canal 3 mins round the corner (Coupure Canal) has a roped off swimming area and a wooden pontoon - it's free, has a couple of changing cubicles and 2 cold showers. So refreshing as it was 35 degrees!!!

We liked everything. We thought the breakfast sounded expensive so didn't book it, but after eating breakfast out we realised that's a typical price in historic Bruges!

The hotel is really great. I was impressed by the location. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. They answered all the questions and helped us book the parking spot, which was the last in the hotel. If you want to have a parking spot, please book in advance the amount is limited. The bed was great, but the pillows are not so comfortable, but I am sure it depends on the preferences of the person. The bathroom was clean and housekeeping proposed all the necessities every day. Really great location, plan to come with family again for Christmas

An excellent hotel our 9th visit. Friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable beds. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom, bath with over shower and double sinks but not all of them are that size. The adjoining Barazar is well stocked and has happy hour 5 to 6. Friendly barman who’s happy to advise and recommend restaurants etc.

The location is a short walk away from the main square and attractions, but this could be looked upon as a positive. There’s no restaurant for lunch or evening meals on site but plenty locally so not really a problem.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - right in the heart of Bruges, within walking distance to all the main attractions and picturesque streets. The rooms are spacious and clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The staff are very attentive and friendly, always ready to help. There's also a small swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city on foot :)

The facility is a bit noisy - there’s no sound insulation, so you can clearly hear your neighbours. Also, there is an extra charge for water in the room, which is unusual, as most hotels typically offer complimentary water.

Brilliant friendly hotel in the heart of the historic town. Very friendly staff. We had the club room, which was really comfortable and spacious. The bed was excellent and super comfortable. The toilet is separate, and the bathroom is well equipped. There is a lovely resand bar area downstairs. Bruges is stunning 😍 and the hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance from the historic centre for visiting this stunning place. We also had a car and the hotel offers great parking facilities. Absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Nothing at all!

We had a booking for 2 rooms and asked for them to be close together. As the hotel was busy, they were only able to put us on the same floor which still worked out ok for us. The rooms are clean, comfortable and we have no complaints. The hotel provided car parking and electric car charging points which worked out very well for us as we were able to charge our car whilst staying there. The hotel is perfectly located just outside the main market. It took us approx 6-7 minutes to walk to the main market and because of the hotels location we were able to visit the market on multiple occasions each day. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool. The children really enjoyed the pool, however, the water was a little cold. If we visit Brugge again, then we will try and book this hotel again.

Everything was fine with our stay. There is not much to dislike. We would have preferred to have the rooms closer together, however, the hotel did try and accommodate the best they can and the water tempreture in the pool could have been a little higher.

The location was great, very close to the historical centre. Walking distance to all places, transport not needed. If you go by car, parking is available but at extra cost. Friendly service and Bayram was also very helpful. Bruges is beautiful and i highly recommend it.

We liked everything about the hotel but one small note - the bottled water in the rooms were not complimentary. We were charged for using these which I don’t think should be placed in sight if not free. I understand soft drinks and alcohol charge but for water I was shocked.

We got the duplex room, which had everything you could want! There was a kettle and fridge provided, the bathroom had a bidet, bathtub and separate shower, 2 basins and they provided plenty of towels and 2 robes. It's within walking distance of everything and they provide parking (at an additional cost), they were also flexible on how long we could keep the car there the day of our check out. The breakfast was also superb!

I'd recommend tinting the windows for the swimming pool as you can see through from the outside. There didnt appear to be any ventilation in the bathroom and you cant open the window

This was our second visit to the hotel. We last went in 2019 and it did not disappoint. Located in a pretty and peaceful street, yet only a few minutes walk from the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a club room which was bigger than the standard room with a small balcony which was a nice bonus in the hot weather. The small indoor swimming pool overlooking the pretty courtyard was lovely after a hot day of touring the city. And a rarity as not many of the hotels in this price range or even some of the more expensive ones have indoor pools.. The hotel bar has a good selection of cocktails and mocktails. Lots of cafes nearby for breakfast.. Would definitely stay again.

It would be nice if the pool was open till a bit later till around 10 pm, as a late evening swim would have been nice. But this is only a very minor point.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Walkable distance to everything you’d want to see/do in the city. Room was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed in it. Pool was a great addition, we had the whole thing to ourselves when we went down there. The bar is great too - spent an evening enjoying some drinks in the courtyard. There is chargeable parking on site but we parked in a car park that’s a 1 minute walk away for slightly cheaper - Parking Bruges Langestraat
