The location is perfect — within easy walking distance of the historic center (less than 2 minutes), yet tucked away in a quiet and charming street. It’s the ideal base to explore the city and then retreat to a peaceful haven. The accommodation itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell that a lot of care and attention to detail went into creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The combination of modern amenities with authentic Bruges charm makes it truly special. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. The property is comfy and clean in general. Close to the city center.

The protocol for accessing the keys was kind of bureaucratic, I had to call the company that manages the room rental. It would be better to receive the steps for accessing the room and getting the keys by email, instead of calling them. Keep in mind that you are renting a room and not the entire house.

I really enjoyed my stay! It's located right in the city center, on a very beautiful street. Every time when I got tired of walking I returned here and rested. The room is very cosy, clean, modern, with attention to detail. Fast WiFi.

Really great place to stay when in Bruges, I rented a bike which made most things within a 5 minute cycling of the apartment

Lovely sleeping quarters with modern ensuite. Location quiet and about 1.2 km. From central market square. There was a kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. But there was no sink for washing up, so using any dishes or cutlery became an issue because we couldn’t clean up afterward. (Could not use bathroom sink because there was no food trap - management said we should buy and use a wash basin “as you would at home”.)The lounge area outside the bedroom was not heated and effectively uncomfortable to use. Very late check in (17:00) made arrival awkward. Check out was okay (10:00), but management group kept pushing us for our check-out time. Overall, felt we paid for amenities we could not use and a bit pushed by the management company—though, to be fair, its staff was helpful when I needed some help with the key code.

We needed to pay additional fee to get sleeping linen and towels - that should be already included in the price as the main purpose of renting the room is to sleep there. Online check-in was time consuming with plenty of unnecessary questions. I received over 20 emails before we even came to Brugge, such spam generation is completely pointless. On top, the owner was sleeping in the same building using the same entrance (which we were aware before). What was completely not acceptable was his behaviour - he entered our bedroom when we were sleeping „just to check if you arrived” ! like he didn’t see our suitcases and shoes in front of the door! I will never come there again and would never recommend it.

Beware that the owner of this place hired an external company to deal with the bookings of the rooms. If you plan to stay here, note the following: - extensive unnecessary online check-in & check-out ahead of you - you need to a sign a “short-term rental contract” as if you are a tenant - very late check-in at 17:00, unless u pay 39€~80€ extra to check-in earliest at 14:00 (ridiculous) - you need to pay 15€ or 30€ extra for bedsheets and towels because they are not included in your booking.com fee - very early check-out at 10:00, unless again u pay 39€~80€ to check-out latest at 13:00 (what a joke) - noisy bathroom ventilation/water piping and bad smell. - you must pay 150€ deposit via credit card for the entire stay and in my case they did not return this until after 2 weeks. - they also pressure you to leave 5 stars rating while holding your deposit. - there is no kitchen nor sink to wash ur dishes in the “living area” just a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. You are expected to wash dishes in your bathroom. Very inconvenient. - 1 spoon in the cupboard and 2 tiny cups, no glasses for water whatsoever. Don’t think they intend for people to really eat anything at home at all. Honestly, I am very disappointed with how troublesome this short 2 night stay has been. One would think with such a late check-in time the room would be sparking clean ready for us. Unfortunately, 2 mins before 17:00 the company came to clean in front of us while we waited for another 30 mins. After complaining, we received a free late check-out at 12:00, which was not showing in their online check-out system and again I had to ask and confirm. The room is very nice, but the amount of bureaucracy behind all this and the forced surprise deposit is ridiculous and not worth it for a leisurely holiday. I wish I had read the other comments prior to booking and had chosen elsewhere.
