location of the hotel, friendly staff, left luggage facilities, suggestions for activities in Bruges including chocolate shops, arrangements in place where you arrive at hotel after business hours to allow you to get to your room, the breakfast was continental and nice, close to tourist sites, including there are plenty of restaurants, chocolate and waffle shops nearby, great location not too far from the station either, plenty of towels in bathroom and you could arrange with hotel if you wanted breakfast earlier. Complimentary 2 x bottles of water provided in fridge in room.

TV did not have enough channels to allow me to watch TV in the evenings but this was not a problem because I was there on holiday.

A small hotel that gives me a homey feel. Having a lift is really a Plus point for me. The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre with tourist attractions less than a minute walk away. Loads of food and souvenir shops within seconds from the hotel. A very pleasant surprise birthday gift from the hotel, belgium chocolate! Breakfast is simple but totally sufficient and quality. Pastry/bread/quality ham, variety of cereals, coffee/tea/juice/soy milk, a selection of butter/cheese/jam/chocolate spread etc. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Loreto. Thank you for making my stay so cosy & comfortable :)

Location was brilliant. Everywhere was only a 5 minute walk and quite at night! Lady behind the desk, I presume the owner was so friendly and welcoming. We were there early in morning so expected room wouldn’t be ready but our bags were brought up to room when it was ready waiting for us. We had a bath (which you don’t get much in rooms anymore) such an added bonus and a little fridge with bottles of water free of charge! The room was so cheap for the location and facilities! Highly recommended and will definitely book again the next time I visit Bruges.

My only issue was toliet roll. More needs to be provided in room. The cleaning lady only left one when we asked for more after running out the first day.

This was my 60th birthday present from my husband and he couldn’t have picked anywhere better the hotel had everything you needed the couple that run it where lovely and very helpful, Breakfast was really good plenty to choose from Hotel in a very good place within walking distance To everything you would want to see but very peaceful of a night had 3 great nights sleep. The place was spotlessly clean and we had a lovely view from our room very Christmasy will definitely be returning thank you all at hotel loreto . Ps we loved our little chocolate at breakfast 😀

Nothing to dislike

The host was so friendly, kind and helpful! So friendly to our young kids which is quite unusual in EU I find 🤣 the next door rooms were perfect. The breakfast was really good! Great selection of fresh breads, meat, cheese, fruit etc and great granola etc. Location is amazing too and parking is just over the road. Quiet at night.

The rooms were pretty tired, with ceiling tiles stained and lifted, and tired bathrooms. But they were big historic rooms with huge windows and all the required facilities.

This hotel was superb in the historic centre of Bruge. The hotel is family run and everyone was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of fresh bread and rolls, meats and cheeses and lovely spreads. Boiled eggs were a bonus along with lovely coffee. There was also a selection of nuts and cereals. I have to say the room was super clean. There is nothing I can fault about this hotel and the little boxes of belgian chocs at breakfast was also a lovely touch. This beautiful little hotel is in a quiet area at night. Yet when you step out in the morning it is in a lovely busy street with lots of shops and small bars. Just wonderful. Thanks again to everyone at Hotel Loreto for a fabulous stay.

The hotel is located in a small, three-story historic building. The room was small and didn't have air conditioning, but we didn't need it. The bed was comfortable, and although the room wasn't new, but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated on a lively street, but it was quiet at night - we slept with the window open. The city center is nearby and within walking distance. The hostess is a very kind woman.

We loved everything about Hotel Loreto! The location is perfect right in the heart of Brugge on a beautiful street. We had a room overlooking the street - the room was a great size, clean, comfortable beds, extra pillows, faultless. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choice. The hosts were wonderful- accommodating, friendly. A fantastic stay we will be back next year and will be recommending Hotel Loreto to our friends.

Hotel was centrally located within the historic quarter of Bruges, all staff were so helpful and accommodating. Great to have a take away breakfast ready for us as we had an early train to catch.

The shampoo and body shower gel were in packets, we would have liked to see more sustainable incentives such as refillable bottles within the bathroom

It is located almost in the city centre, literally everything is in a convenient walking distance. The owners were really nice, and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are simple, but enough due to we spent only a few hours there every day. The breakfast was also simple, but delicious and they offered a good quality food. The last morning we got belgian chocolate as a good bye gift, it was really heart warming. :)
