Location, location, location! It is a couple of minutes from the train station which is what I was looking for, but it is hard to find it. When you exit the station, if you don't have big suitcases, just go up the stairs on your right and follow the path to the end. You will find the elevator to go up one more floor. The hotel is in the back between other residential buildings. I found the room clean and comfortable. The shower is small but I knew it from the pictures, so I wasn't expecting much. There were enough towels, but no hairdryer (I knew that too). I got a room with a bunk bed and slept on the top bed and found it comfortable. I didn't use the Wifi so I can't say if it works or not. The staff was really nice and helpful and I was able to store my luggage after check-out and pick it up when it was time to take my train. Also, if you are going to the city center there is a free shuttle you can use. You can take it outside the train station.

Unfortunately, when you exit the station is really hard to find the hotel and we tried to follow the signage and still had problems. We had to walk all around the building to finally find elevator to go up. Not a lot of storage space and nowhere to place your bags. Although there is a vending machine in the lobby, I would also like to see at least a kettle in the room to be able to make myself a tea before going to sleep.

The familiar small but very functional Ibis rooms. The hotel’s location, right outside the train station, makes it ideal for day trips as well as for reaching the city center in just a 15-minute walk. The hotel has a fantastic team. During our stay, there was a gas leak incident, and the evacuation was carried out immediately, in a coordinated and safe manner. The way it was handled made us feel secure – something extremely important when traveling. In addition, we were offered complimentary breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. Truly, congratulations to the hotel staff.

Stayed 3 nights. Very clean and quiet triple room with comfortable beds. good location for parking the car and walking into bruge centre with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.. Plenty of clean towels provided daily. Lobby area very tidy and welcoming. We didn't try the breakfast.

Lack of privacy for shower (it's in the room) however we managed to work round this with towels drapped and clips as a sort of screen for our teen. Also the toilet light clicked off very quickly. Could do with the sensor being altered so stays on a little longer. Otherwise all good.

The main reason we chose this accommodation is its location. It was like 3-minutes away from Brugge train station and there were bus stops nearby which one can take to go to the city centre. Just don't trust google maps when trying to find it because it will point you to the back part of the hotel which only staff can access. Guests should head to the parking area for cars where there's a lift and from there go up one floor then proceed to the stairs a few steps away where there's another lift with the small sign IBIS. It can be tricky to see the signage at night though, 'cos it doesn't light up. For the facilities, I brought my own hair dryer, slippers, toiletries, and handwash because I already knew beforehand these were not provided (although I was surprised there was a shower gel) Overall, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable enough and heating was good. So if you're just looking for a place to sleep and intend to spend the whole day outside, this is a good option.

The hotel is very close to Bruges railway station from where there is also a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes, all day until 7pm, to the picturesque old town. The reception staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Check in is from mid-day which is useful. My room was comfortable and the en suite facilities were good. The TV had English language channels. There is a small Carrefour supermarket nearby and coffee shops etc at the station. I would be happy to stay at the hotel again.

There are not many dining possibilities near the hotel and those there are seem to close quite early. Although it is described as a "budget" hotel it is not really cheap but the price seems very reasonable by local Bruges' standards.

The position Is great, literally above the train station and 15 mins walk from the centre. The lady at reception was very polite and friendly. The room was clean , except for the light in the toilet.

The room was very warm and the AC in April doesn't work apparently. We opened the window to get some fresh air but then we could hear the trains passing by next to us. The light in the toilets was very dusty and the shower door was not closing properly so the floor in the room got wet. There were no hairdryer or iron in the room and when we asked reception they required a 10€ cash deposit. As we had no cash on us we couldn't use either of them. It could be useful maybe if they could take a deposit on credit cards.

I didn’t have breakfast. The view was of the railway station - I work for the railway so nothing new lol. The room was one of the better IBIS I’ve stayed in, very clean and comfortable. Compact, but I’d stay again. I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, it was decent though.

Mosquitoes! I never get bit but I came back with 23 bites from the room ( l opened the window once!) there was only 1 fat mosquito in the morning, it waddled out of the bathroom to join me at the mirror, I refrained from squashing it, we shook hands and decided it won 😑 So take a plug in! We had someone throw a glass bottle at us from apartments next to hotel for no reason whatsoever! They seem to share a garden area with the hotel? Good job it missed us and smashed on the path. I don’t imagine it was the hotel’s fault but it was a bit scary.

The hotel has a great location - when you walk out of the train station, you are 5 mins waking distance. It was not noisy, the room was clean and is the same as on the pictures.

If you are used with ibis, you know that bathrooms are strange(in a glass cabin in the room itself, the toilet is separated) so I don’t recommend if you are not in a couple and is ok if you book only for one person.

I return regularly

Similar compaint as one month ago. The water from the washbowl would not run away instantly and collected in the bowl! Very unhygienic! I was in a different room on floor 5 which I had already complained about when I stayed there a month ago. I had clearly not been fixed after my previous visit. The front desk dis not seem bothered on the previous occasion. This time I insisted on seeing the manager who promised he would see to it. Said I required a partial refund as I had had to repack my thngs and move to another room again.!

We stayed in Bruges as a stopover before going on the Le Shuttle the following day. The service from when we booked was excellent! All my messages were answered in a friendly manner. We received a very warm welcome at reception when we checked. The receptionist (whose name I can't remember), was very helpful when we asked question about the bus into town. The room was small, but perfect for our stopover

The scrambled egg was overcooked, but there were loads of other food on offer. It didn't upset my stay and I would definitely stay there again.
