Lovely hotel. Approx 10/15 minute walk into the main area of Bruges. Modern hotel and very clean.

Not easy to find the hotel entrance when arriving by car. Sat nav sent us to the ground level but you have to enter via the multi-storey car park. We stayed for 2 nights and our approach to the hotel was different every time. There are lots of different stairs, lifts etc and we still didn’t work out what was the best way to get to the lobby, especially with a pram. The lifts from the multi-storey were not pleasant. There was a mound of what looked like cat litter to clean up faeces and vomit and it was there for at least 24 hours. This is not the fault of the hotel but if there is a better way for guests to enter the hotel, it should be made more clear.

We visited Bruges during Christmas break with our kids in order to visit the Christmas markets. The hotel is situated in 20 minutes walking distance from the center, but we knew that and we prefer a modern stay with more amenities than staying in. an older hotel in city center. The room was really spacious even for a family and the bathroom was modern and comfy. The breakfast had great choices and the restaurant dinner was excellent. The hotel was very nice decorated and offered parking spots right outside.

We would like to check in a little bit earlier and faster. The gym wasn't so well equipped comparing to other hotel gyms I have visited.

The property was close to the station so we could leave our bags while we explored Bruges. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms clean. Reception was very inviting in terms of the decoration, staff and the amazing smell. It was great that you could help yourself to fruit, maps and water in reception.

The property is a few minutes walk from the station and about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bruges, which is what we expected but could be perceived as a negative if you aren’t aware beforehand. I’m not sure how much I’d enjoy walking to the property at night on my own as while Bruges felt very safe, the outskirts are just so quiet. In the day you wouldn’t think twice, you feel very safe.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Location was just outside the city centre, so a short Uber ride was useful. Witnessed (what we assumed an annual) Christmas city run - great to see! The Christmas lights and trees were very pretty. There was a winter light festival that weekend, so a couple of Christmas markets were great to visit- was very busy on the Friday night. Overall great visit.

The restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening, which was unfortunate. Coffee machine could use some instructions! A lack of hooks in the room - we got caught in the rain and there was nowhere really to hang wet coats.

Modern hotel on the edge of the old city centre, easy to get to by car or train, parking for only €6.50 on parking deck right in front of the hotel. Still quite new hotel with stylish decor, friendly staff and smooth check-in. Comfortable room with good bed, amazing shower, individual temperature control, and with the lights, switches, sockets in the right places. Good value for money.

The only thing that could have been better was that it wasn't explained that if we left our car there a little longer on the day of check-out, we would be charged extra for every hour we exceeded the 24 hours. It was fine, we still only paid about €10 to park from 1pm to 4pm the next day, but we would have liked to know in advance.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows and duvet were very good. We asked for a cot in our room and it was in good condition but a very basic comfort level so consider taking something your child is used to for a good nights sleep!

The bathroom shower supplies were empty unfortunately and the shower easily flooded the bathroom as the drain could not keep up with the shower. Had to use a rolled towel to keep water from spreading across the bathroom. There was a cupboard above the minibar that was just at the wrong height and easy to catch your head on when standing back up straight from using the fridge.

Great location, excellent breakfast, and a welcoming business atmosphere. The staff is great—except for the cleaning team. The room layout was nice as well.

The cleaning team is the worst I have ever experienced—impolite, unreliable, often forgetting to clean my room, and consistently failing to complete all the required cleaning tasks. During my two-week stay, I had to complain six times about the same issue, yet nothing changed. Everyone knows about it…

Great location, shower was really good, very clean and plenty of space in the room. Came back from a football game late, we were able to get a drink and some food which was great. Good value for money! It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre which is just to be mindful of!

The TV was so dark when we tried to catch up on the olympics. We couldn’t change it and when prompted the hotel staff they said they would fix it but didn’t make any difference - would have been nice to have a follow up. Also the air con was really weak - which when it was above 30 degrees would have been great.

Comfortable beds, possibility of have a tee or coffe in the room. Location near bus and train station, quiet area. Nice reception area. Clean rooms. Smart TV (can mirror mobile phone to watch disney, netflix, etc.).

Family room had only a set of two towels although it was book for 3 people. TV was defect and at the end we had to change the room as hotel personal could not solve the issue with the TV. Standadr room had no towel for the floor. It is the first 4 stars hotel in which I have this issue of incomplete towels, not in one room but in both rooms. There is not enough space for drxing the towels, which makes imposible to re-use them 😞

The rooms very clean and spacious as just a few minutes walk outside the main city. The rooms have coffee machine and tea making facilities. . Complimentary water provided at reception . Lots of car parking space for those who doing a stop over so no need to worry compared to if you was going more central into the city . For those that are arriving by train it is a few mins walk . For those that don't want to walk to city which is about 15 mins there is a shuttle service outside the main square of train station ( outside Dominos Pizza) . The stop is called "Kiss & Ride" . The market square is 4 stops after this stop . The shuttle service is free . Ideal for those with families or anyone that doesn't want to walk .

There isn't much not to like . You cannot go wrong with the Radisson Blu brand internationally .
