Fantastic apartment with a brilliant Host, Lud made our stay very welcome from the start, she gave us a thorough tour of the room, and its wonderful facilities, everything you could need for a few nights away in Belgium, easy to locate and the free on street parking is a great bonus! We loved bringing Frankie along as well so great to be Dog Friendly! Very Comfy bed, fab shower and handy to have a fridge and Kettle! Local bus at the end of the road was very handy to get into and out of Brugge, quickly and cheaply! Would highly recommend and return in the future!

No local shops, be prepared to travel (by car) if needing to get supplies, or come with supplies, particularly for breakfast if not included, other than this minor issue, very very good property!

Such a beautiful welcome from Lud on arrival and every day. A really special lady who makes sure you know everything you need to know. she made us feel welcome but the dogs were treated like royalty! The property felt like a spa, nicely decorated, nice toiletries and a robe each. Walkable distance to the centre of Brugge and a park to exercise dogs in the morning right next to the property. A perfect base. Also close to the vet to get worming treatments for the return journey to the UK.

We loved everything about the property. We booked two rooms, both of which were exceptionally clean, ultra-modern, spacious, and well-equipped. Our dachshund also had a fantastic time, enjoying the fenced garden (and the secret snacks from the host). The breakfast was excellent as well. The host: This was probably the best host we've ever had. The small touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, thorough explanations at breakfast, and making my birthday extra special with room decorations etc, made a huge difference. Lud went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made our stay in Bruges truly memorable.

The Wifi in the room at the back of the garden was not great. Everything else was excellent!

Lud or ‘Aunty Lud’ as we now call her was an exceptional host, we felt very welcome and well looked after. The suite itself was very clean, modern, well appointed, and comfortable… if I could have taken the bed home, I would have! The location is very close to central Bruges, driving is easy and parking cheap but there’s also a free bus close by or the metro.

Nothing! We have no improvements it was an absolutely perfect stay.

We love the host women.she was really kind and felt like home. She loves to talk with you and is immediately interested in you. Everything in the room was perfect. Everything we needed was available. We loved the king size bed, really comfortable. It has a huge shower and a very peaceful bathroom. The atmosphere was perfect for couples (beautiful lights).

We wanted to visit the city in the evening. We wanted to come back between 9 and 10pm but we had trouble because there was no bus available. There are no supermarkets around. The rest is amazing!

The property was spotlessly clean. Lots of clean towels available and bathrobes. The bed was more comfortable than our bed at home and we slept wonderfully. Lovely extra touches included treats for our dogs, chocolate eggs, and bottled water. Lud made us feel very welcome and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and told us about the local transport service which saved us a fortune in parking. We will definitely be booking to stay again in the future

It would gave been useful to have some dish washing liquid so we could wash out our dogs feeding bowls. Otherwise, perfect!

Our accommodation at Suits Le Porte-Bonheur was excellant. Lud as our host was very helpful and showed us great hospitality. She brought us breakfast to our room. She even made us healthy juices. Our room was very clean and we had everything we needed, for example coffee machine and electric kettle for the tea. Our bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Very quite and peaceful. You can walk to Bruges or you can take a bus. There is a free shuttle bus that drives from the bus station near the house to the centre from 7 am until 7pm. We are very happy that we stayed at such a great place and get to know such a nice host. We would higly recommend this accommodation. We also loved Bruges. Anywhere you go, it looks like a fairytale. You schould consider to spend at least three days there. It is a small town, but there are so many wonderfull things to see.

A great place to stay in Bruges; The room was very clean and tidy, if you stay here for a day you will feel like home. The surroundings of the house are peaceful and the Suite is close to the city center. And most importantly the host Lud. Lud is a very sweet, understanding, respectful, smiling and kind person. So Lud is a great person. We stayed for 2 days but if we had more time we would have liked to stay longer.

Lovely place situated in a quiet neighbourhood, and a 20-25 min walk to the centre of Bruges. There's a decent sized park/playground for kids with zipline, swings, goals etc. just next to the house. Also, plenty parking everywhere.The host, Lud, is a lovely and kind person and always willing to accomodate your needs/requests. We had a great stay here and I recommend it 100%. Wouldn't pick a different place if I were to visit Bruges again. All our best wishes Lud and thank you very much for your kind words and support!

There's nothing that I didn't like.

This is a little gem. Exceptional facilities, extremely comfortable. Next to some lovely places to eat and an easy walk into Bruges. Lud made us so welcome,Bella our dog has never had so many treats in her life 🦮 even Toby was not forgotten 🐢 . There are a few lovely places to have breakfast nearby but on our last day we chose to have breakfast here and so glad we did ,it fed all of us for the journey home too . Landers you're very lucky to have a powerhouse of a mother, she is amazing. ❤️
