Modern hotel within 15 minutes walk to Bruges, with free parking (not on site, but just across the road). Room was clean and fresh with a comfortable double bed. Nespresso coffee machine with pods provided & kettle with selection of teas. Bottle of complimentary water. Fridge and safe in room and plenty of wardrobe space. Small workspace in room & 2 chairs. Bathroom was compact but clean, with good towels and shampoo/shower gel. Room was very quiet, on the first floor towards the rear of the hotel. Window had mosquito net too so it could be opened without risk of "visitors"!! Breakfast was plentiful with continental options, plus eggs and bacon. Bar/reception area was nicely decorated & felt very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bruges!

USB socket in room would have been useful. TV had an illuminated clock which was a bit annoying in the night.

Ideal location just outside of the inner city which was within 20 minutes walk. Watch out for bicyclists who use their designated lanes (which are not easy for foreigners to identify) absolutely not expecting pedestrians to be on their routes. Rooms were clean and equipped as one would expect in a 3 star hotel, beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly - providing useful maps and advice of where to go in the city.l

Parking is certainly possible close to the hotel but it requires some thought and advice from the receptionist to get it right. If not unduly concerned about ready access to one’s car there is a free car park about 5 minutes from the hotel.

The main advantage of the hotel is the location, it is very close to the centre, but at the same time slightly outside, so it is really quiet. There is parking not far away, although it is a bit of a challenge to get a space on that one, it is no fault of the hotel itself. Super convenient if you are driving. Staff is great, everybody is super polite and friendly. Rooms are nice and comfy, we got a view to the garden, can't complain! There is everything you need in the rooms, the bathroom is small but very functional. We visited in winter, so heating was a must and it worked great. Sockets were by the bed, where it makes sense. There is breakfast in the hotel and we discovered "Stera - Plantenbar" as a great breakfast place nearby, go visit!

It is not the hotel's fault or is in any way in their control, I put it to other travellers to know. Parking is at the concert hall venue Magdalenazaal, which is really close, but it is a public parking, so don't expect places to be readily available for you. It is still a lot better than going to the centre and pay 20 euros a day for parking. Is it essential to drive? Probably not, but for us it was the best way to get there from London.

Friendly Hotel staff, really good price/quality for the rooms and decent breakfast (a little bit overpriced for 22eu). 20 min walk to the city Centre. Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood.

No night reception, which is not a major problem at all. Because we could usually get in with our room key. Only on the first night, the entrance door was not locked properly, so we couldn’t get in to hotel after the staff left. Still we were able to contact them and 20 min later someone arrived to apologize and open the door for us. Thank you 🙏🏼

Fantastic location if your driving, just off the motorway but also close to Brugge centre and station. Free parking around 100yds away in a public car park but the neighbourhood is very safe and quiet. Modern communal areas and nice breakfast with a good selection of food and drink. Friendly staff, very welcoming at breakfast and attend to all your needs promptly. Cracking pub just at the end of the road called Parazzar. Brugge station and Market square are both around a 10-15 minute walk. Nice big window so light an airy room.

Booked a double and requested 1 bed but was allocated twin beds pushed together and asked to upgrade €40 to get a double bed despite being advertised on booking.com as a double room. Poor layout in restaurant, crammed and difficult to get around the buffet without invading space of other guests. Rooms mostly clean but some lack of attention to detail, loose toilet roll holder, bathroom handle and odd hair in shower. Cupboard is really close to the bed and it’s possible to turn over and bang your head. No kettle or fridge, would be a welcome addition and the space is available.

An establishment well equipped matching the 3-star criteria in a quiet residential area close to the central train station and relatively close to the city center. The staff was very friendly responding to our queries and offering support.

Understanding that we visited in a high season and only for one night, the value for money aspect was a bit off balance for us without decreasing the service nor our experience which was overall positive. This is more as food for thought.

A charming and cozy hotel with an impressive interior that stands out the moment you walk in. The place is well-maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. It's conveniently located near the city market—close enough to reach on foot, yet far enough to enjoy some quiet. Having a bicycle is definitely a plus; the hotel does offer rental bikes, though the rates are a bit higher compared to other local options. Overall, a wonderful experience and a very pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel with a warm festive feeling. Beautiful rooms, cleaned everyday all coffee pods /tea replaced daily. Quiet area, parking just 1 minute walk from the hotel with no restrictions. Highly recommend.

The only downside I would say is the glass screen from the shower as it's foldable and it's very narrow/small, so water can get on the floor while you have a shower, but there is a towel that you can use for that.

The location was within walking distance of everything probably between 20/25 min walks, the hotel itself was beautiful, lovely aesthetics and has a little bar and comfy lounge seating and the staff were really helpful! Very clean, quiet location.

The bed was really big which was wonderful, but the pillows were uncomfortable and the bed was far too firm for us .. that's probably down to personal preference moreso than it being a bad bed/ pillows.

The staff were amazing, super nice and friendly, also helpful with the questions about how to park and places where to eat and visit. The room was super clean and really nice

Didn’t like the fact that they mentioned in their amenities that they have parking available but at the end they don’t, just the parking in the street or a public parking lot, didn’t have any issue parking there so all good about it, just they should remove that from their amenities
