Very good location for us as our daughter stays in Hogeschool VIVES campus in Brugge Sint-Michiels district. We had a car, so for us to go to the campus or to Brugge center was not a problem. The parking for car was free of charge nearby house or on a side of road. The owner is very pleasant lady, during check-in she did show to us the room and explained all options of facility. Our room was quite big with LCD TV, king size bed with bedside tables, different type of mobile phone charging cables, round lower coffee table with two lower chairs, another higher coffer table with one chair, shower, sink, toilet room with another sink, bar table with four chairs on terrace outside, MW oven and small refrigerator are available in corridor. There is a cattle, tea cups, tea spoons, small compliment - coffee, tea, sugar set. The lightning of room is well designed. The photos of room in Booking web-site are showing the real status of facility. The information about check-in, check-out, about popular places of Brugge is well presented.

It was inconvenient for us that there was no any, even small wardrobe, with the hangers for women's dresses and men's suits, only a floor staying hanger with hooks. The photos of the facility on the website did not show that the MW oven and refrigerator are located in the hallway. We had own food, but both coffee tables are so small that it's inconvenient to sit at them together and have breakfast. The trash can is also so small. There is no shoe horn and no seat to put on shoes. There is no mirror here to check your appearance before going anywhere. There is no backlight at the mirror above the sink. I assume all these are small stuff which could significantly improve the impression of visitors from room.

Big clean room with comfortable wide bed. The bakery and several shops nearby. Hospitable hosts, quiet location. Tea, coffee and a kettle in the room.

It was positioned as a B&B, but no breakfast option and no kitchen. There is a microwave but no plates to put your meal inside it. The toilet is located in the hallway and is separated from it by a curtain, there is no door. The douche cabin and the sink are opened and located inside the room. There are no slippers for guests and no foot mat near the toilet - our feet were cold.

The property was easily located around a 15 minute walk to the station via mainly pedestrian paths. My son and I are happy walkers so we also walked to and from Bruges centre which was a leisurely 30-40 mins (15mins back to station and then 15/20 mins further either on lively cobbled roads or through park). The very helpful and friendly owners did say there was a bus but we chose not to use it. The room was quiet, clean and the breakfast was hearty and yummy. The room had Netflix’s which kept my young son entertained prior to bed which was a bonus. The owners could not have been more helpful and were absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

If I had to pick a minus a full length mirror in the room would have been helpful but there was one right out side the door so hardly a minus at all.

It was the first time when the facility exceeded my expectations. The host was nice and helpful. The room was clean and well-organized. They provide clear printed instructions for everything: TV, bus routes, parking, restaurants nearby. The host is really responsible. The great bonus: you can buy an extra service - massage. We used this opportunity after a long trip and left extremely happy. By the way, the location is awesome. It won't take you long to get to the city center.

Clean and everything we needed. Quiet and the best nights sleep I have had in years! Hosts were fantastic as I texted many times with questions before visit and they answered all very promptly. Your shower was fantastic!

Maybe if I had to moan,brighter lighting, especially by the sink so I could shave better and a full length mirror .

The location is great and near public transport which makes getting into town very convenient. The host is super friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations for things to do in the city

The WiFi didn’t always work - but that was a city problem and not really in control of the host or property. The host did inform us upon arrival as well.

I loved how the hosts have thought about everything and we found the room very comforting. There was coffee, bath robes, towels and even water bottles. They went the extra mile and dropped us at the train station on the last day as well (as the walking route was blocked due to construction).

The host was awesome. She showed us everything upon arrival, we got everything that we needed. She even gave us more coffee and bottled water every day. The accommodation was clean, smart TV was working properly. The terrace was also very convenient!

It was a warm and cosy room with lots of space and lovely side touches. It’s in a nice location, just around the corner from Boudewijn Seapark & a 5-10 min taxi ride from Bruges centre. Your privacy is maintained throughout your stay, the hosts are friendly and approachable.

Good location for the centre of Brugges. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our cycling trip. Lovely warm and friendly host. I was actually ill for one of the days that we were there and she arranged for me to see the local doctor. She also drove us there and brought me back. That was much appreciated.
