Being just outside the main town makes for a much more relaxing stay. The reasonably priced EV chargers were a welcome addition. Huge room with comfortable beds. Attentive and friendly staff. We have stayed here a couple of times, and probably will do again. Its location makes it an ideal base for exploring the area (Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp etc.), especially if you pre-book car parking where you are going -easy to do online.

Some of the decor is beginning to look a little tired, with missing edge trim etc.

Excellent throughout. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and well equipped and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Bar/Bistro was great, food excellent and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice of fruit, pastries and cold meat/cheese as well as cereal and English Breakfast options. Location just outside of Brugge made it easy to find, and the car-park is large. Booked a taxi from Reception to the Town Centre for 6 people for €15 each way. Couldn’t fault the Hotel, and a particular shout out to Luc on reception who was always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located around 10mins taxi from Brugges centre. Close enough but far enough away from what was a very busy town with a European football game being on that we also attended. My wife uses a wheelchair and the accessible room (room 3) was perfect. Lots of space to get around and had a huge bathroom. This is the only room with a walk in shower and a bath. On arrival at the hotel, take advantage of the taxi service provided through the hotel. €15 for taxi to the Brugges Centre through a voucher given to you at reception. €25 if you get a random taxi from any of the squares.

Everything was great...really great. If I was being really picky, I felt that the seat in the accessible shower was possibly an old butchers block converted to a seat which looked a bit grubby if I'm being totally honest.

Lovely hotel, late check in available and on site bar/ restaurant perfect for stop off on way into Belgium as only an hour from Calais. The hotel was faultless, breakfast additional cost was a little pricey but worth it with a fantastic choice. Very comfortable beds, and room facilities were just as needed. The restaurant was perfect for a chilled evening outside with a bottle of wine, and the food was brilliant.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were horrible, they had a gray and yellow color, was disappointed by that and that they did not have any real, fresh eggs to offer, other than that the fruit and bread selection was good. It’s not super close to the city centre but if you have a car is convenient as it has a big parking.

Lovely hotel with very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bistro staff very accommodating to my Coeliac needs. Much appreciated. Hotel is in a great location to explore nearby Bruges and surrounding area.

Our room heating wasn't working on arrival, and staff tried their best to fix it but couldn't. Staff managed to source an electric heater, which was much appreciated on a very cold night.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Shakeel in the bar was super friendly and made excellent Sangria. Quit location close to Bruges.

Shower attachment had to be held as fixture was broken. Room was too hot and air conditioning refused to go below 20. There are 14 tesla chargers in the car park which should be excellent but they are designed with tiny leads and so close to each other only Tesla’s can charge there. The 2 non-Tesla charger bay are very slow and were parked in by non EVs.

The Hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, speaking excellent English. The room that I had was very large, warm, comfortable and lovely having towelling dressing gowns, slippers, water bottles and chocolates, along with tea and coffee facilities. We had breakfast included in our stay, this was outstanding, plenty of choice, fresh and an unexpected bonus of Champagne in the restaurant which was included... very nice.

The only slight downside is that it is about a 10 minute drive to the town centre, but this was good for me. However, there is a bus service to and from the hotel, but I did not use this, so am unable to comment on it.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the overall cleanliness of the room - the room was very open as well. The shower was really nice, and the bathroom was also nice and spacious for two people. Breakfast was also a nice bonus

1. The room heating could have worked a lot better. My partner was very warm, and the 16C felt like 21C. In fact, I would say it didn't work at all. 2. I could hear the vent of the bathroom throughout the night, and that was irritating. I'm not going to lie. The vent also needs to be cleaned. 3. The wifi stopped working from 22:00 till 04:00 in the morning (the room was so hot that my partner had to open the balcony, so I checked my phone), and while I understand the hotel cannot always keep track of the wifi, I am sure they must have gotten some complaints to fix it. 4. For 300 euros, I am not sure what I paid for reflected the quality of the room. That said, it is Bruges, so take it as you will.

Room was big and bed very comfortable, pillows were great bathroom was big, can’t complain at all about the room, staff were friendly especially the young man on the desk, he was very polite and nice 😊

Was a little scruffy among corridors and big cracks down some walls, and breakfast wasn’t worth 25euros
