Les Invites is located across from a city shuttle stop or a 15 minute walk through the park across from the train station. Fully renovated and immaculate, the host Bart is very attentive, providing local advice an even an afternoon snack with chilled wine. The room has a Nespresso and tea pot with pods and bags provided. Breakfast is served from 8:30 downstairs in a large open space and included local yogurt, granola, a few meats, several cheeses, fresh juice, bread and pastries, jams and even thin pancakes and eggs along with coffee or tea. Rooms are tydied up daily. Only a few minutes walk to the museum area and sites beyond but far enough not to be busy in front with tourists. Bart is also a private barber and gave me an excellent cut. There are plenty of restaurants in Bruges and as a native Bart knows them well. The Italian a few doors down is excellent and essy after walking all day. It was reasonably priced but do go early.

My front room on the street had some traffic noise after 7AM but the double windows do a good job of reducing it. Except for the king bed their was only room for a small desk chair for seating. A mini fridge would have been nice to have cold drinks avaiable after 6.

The B&B had lovely rooms, a great shower and a comfy bed. It is an old, renovated building so they needed to be creative to get everything needed in place, but they managed to do it. Bart, the host was welcoming and available. They had wine and a treat every afternoon and juice and a mini croissant type roll every morning for every guest. We like the location. It was just beyond the center of the old city. There were lovely places to eat. Bart suggested an excellent bakery for breakfast and we found a very nice restaurant for dinner close by.

We did not participate in the breakfast because we don't eat a large breakfast and we thought it was a bit pricey.

The lovely, welcoming gestures such as pastries and orange juice in the morning and petit fours, sparkling wine and port in the evening. Bart is a great host, extremely helpful and not intrusive. He helped us with our heavy bags to and from our room up and down the stairs on arrival and departure. The digital locks' access to the house and room removes the need to carry a key around when we are out. It is in a very convenient location, the self service laundromatte was only 8 doors down the street. Restaurants, shops and places of interests are all within walking distance.

Genial hosts, very helpful and friendly. There were little treats every day - although we didnt opt for breakfast, each morning there was a small glass of orange juice and fresh pastries and in the evenings there was a bottle of bubbles that everyone could take a glass of :o) Communal fridge to use. Beds were super comfy. Great location, only a short walk into the town and all the shops around. Underground parking just 5 mins walk away at a cost of 15 euros a day. Highly recommended!

Nothing, it was perfect

We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived! Bart showed us to our room, which was big, light and airy. The space was very well-designed to accommodate a big shower and a tea/coffee making area as well as plenty of storage space. The location was excellent, with a short and very pleasant walk into the city centre. We really loved the little treats that Bart provides for his guests - the bubbly on our second night was perfect to celebrate our son's new job! We had breakfast on one of our days and it was generous and varied, with delicious bread, cold meat, cheese, pancakes, yogurt etc. We loved our stay here and we'd thoroughly recommend Les Invites.

The attention to detail to ensure that our stay was comfortable & memorable was amazing!!! We were able to check in when we arrived, as opposed to 3pm, which was a bonus! The room was spotless. Lots of information about where to go, what to do in Bruges was availble to us in our room. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable. Every day there was a glass of orange juice and a pastry before we set off for the day. And on our return wine glasses with access to a complimentary wine. Fantastic! Bart was very friendly and helpful and carried our cases upstairs, to and from our room. Security was excellent too, felt very safe there. A definite recommendation from me 😉.

Excellent and modern accommodation with everything you need for a short break. Loved the welcome drinks and nibbles left out for us each day. This added a special touch to our stay. Owners are lovely and welcoming. Comfortable rooms with tea/coffee making facilities available. Lovely quiet location with only a short walk to the centre of Bruges. Would definitely recommend.

An exceptional place to stay. We cannot rate it highly enough. Bart’s attention to detail is means that a comfortable stay is guaranteed. Delicious breakfast, fantastic room with a lovely, comfy, big bed. Great shower. The whole experience is rounded off with Bart’s daily treats. If you are planning a trip to Bruges and b&b les invités is available then book it - you will not be disappointed.

The room is very well decorated. Cozy and comfy. Welcoming chocolate, evening champagne and morning juice and pastries are just totally out of our expectations. Bart is just thoughtful. He even carried our luggage to the room. This is particularly helpful to someone in my age. Thank you, Bart!

A room is a bit small but the excellent interior design made good use of every corner.

Very convenient location. We took two rooms - the larger room was very comfortable but the other room was a little small so taking things out from our bags were a little difficult. Host was very kind and provided some snacks and drinks which was a lovely thought.

One of the rooms is rather small, so it was a little difficult to open our bags.
