Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is in the middle of green and silence and in the same time not far away from the city center. Hotel has a nice playground for the kids. Swimming pool is small but good enough for short refreshing. They offer special taxi service that costs only 15 EUR to the city center (total price up to 6 persons). It is almost cheaper than public transportation. But sometimes you may wait longer (20-30 mins). Parking fee is also cheap.

-There is only one elevator. -Breakfast variety was limited. Besides, we had to make a reservation for the breakfast due to full capacity of the hotel. But unfortunately foods were not refreshed in time. Many simple things (tomato, cucumber, fruits and boiled eggs) were finished and was not prepared again eventhough it was earlier than end of breakfast time.

The hotel has brilliant facilities. There is something for everyone. There is a park for children including a trampoline and bouncy castle. The pool is excellent and clean. The staff are very pleasant and kind. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean including the rooms. The food was beautiful and the selection at breakfast was excellent. There is nothing to fault about this hotel. We were sad to leave and we cannot wait to return. The hotel is not in the centre of Bruge however, they offer a shuttle service for fifteen euros and it was excellent.

There is nothing to fault about this hotel. It is perfect. We absolutely loved our stay.

Value for Money, Rooms were comfortable and as per description, facilities were all good. Younger kids had good amenities to play around and keep themselves entertained. Property was easy to find, ample secured car park, Staff were very polite and happy to help attitude. They were all very professional and well organised. Well served Breakfast in the morning , Good dining and Bar facilities. Easy 15 drive to Bruges town Centre , Market square etc.

As mentioned previously worth for the money I was charged, decent price

The location was great, out of the way and quiet, but still close enough to the city. The breakfast and coffee were very good and there was lots of activities available to entertain the kids. They even took a dip in the pool after a long day of basketball.

The pool was pretty cold, it said heated but it sure didn't seem like it was. Also, with all the activities available sometimes the smaller kids at the hotel seemed to get a little bit out of control.

The pool was great but I think we got lucky with the heatwave as it didn't seem to be heated. Large TV with 2 channels to watch, HDMI connections were blocked, why? Extremely overpriced dinner so we opted out, having to pay for parking in the middle of nowhere?! A bit puzzled by these, the pool made it work for our son but a few things are defenitely questionable!

The location was ideal for a family getaway, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape. The beautifully decorated area around the swimming pool added a lot to the place. They also provided board games and entertainment options for guests, making it a perfect spot for a family weekend. The reception staff were extremely warm and welcoming, greeting us with friendly smiles the moment we arrived, which made us feel right at home. We regretted only booking for one night, but we’ll definitely be returning!

The rooms were comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Although they were a bit old, they had been renovated and were impeccably clean. However, we did wish there was a fridge in the room, especially since it was an exceptionally warm day, and it would have been nice to keep some cold water for the night.

Large , comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Hotel is in nice wooded area, very relaxing. Excellent customer service, special recognition to Pascal and Kartijn , they were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome . Breakfast was tasty and had a fair selection to chose from. Dinners were simple but tasty. Hotel has a deal with taxi company with set pricing so we chose to take taxi to city centre when site seeing and didn’t have to worry about driving and parking . Most of the staff speaks English which was very helpful, will definitely stay there again

The personnel was really friendly, the room was very cosy and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with enormous variety of meals. The hotel is located in very green area.

Mainly the location-the hotel was far from the city center and a lack of convenient public transport to the center. Fortunately, I was traveling by car.

Room was spacious, staff on desk were friendly and helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast and items were topped up regularly. Snooker table was a nice touch. Large car park and reasonable price to park during the stay. Good communication from hotel via booking.com and we were able to check in early. Given maps and recommended car park in Bruges. Given bottle of water for our journey on departure-nice touch.

Advertised was a shuttle service to Bruges and although we got this staff on desk we’re not forthcoming with this option.

The location was lovely, felt really special driving in, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast had a good variety for a small place. Liked the extra door to shut off the toilet and entrance door from the bedroom, stopped any corridor noise and then you can turn the toilet light on in the night without waking anyone. Little kids play area was a lovely surprise too.

That we didn't come in summer to make use of the pool!
