People who really deserve good comments. Ms. Valerie and her valuable husband welcomed us with a smile and hosted us in their home very nicely. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything in the room was thought out to the smallest detail. The breakfast was carefully prepared and wonderful. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and it is very easy to get to the city center. It is also possible to walk to the city center. I would like to thank you again on behalf of my family and me for your warm welcome and hospitality.

The B and B is a unique setting and very personal. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and clean. The homemade breakfast provided was incredible! So much choice and a personal touch. With local produce including eggs from chicken on site. Close to Bruges but far enough out to be away from the main tourist busyness.

It is on quite a busy road and as it was warm weather we wanted the windows open which then made it quite noisy.

ROOM: The room was spacious, with everything we needed. The bathroom was comfortable with enough space for our things. BED: The bed was comfortable, pillows too. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was excellent, with home-made delicacies served by the hosts. We really enjoyed it. SURROUNDINGS: The location was convenient for us, since we had a parking space secured in front of the B&B and were still close to the city (we didn't use the public transportation to visit the centre as we went by our car and parked in the public garage). We loved the nice terrace by the house for drinks and smoking. COMMUNICATION: The check in and check out process went smoothly. The wi-fi was good. The hosts were very friendly.

Stunning house and lovely host, lots of attention to detail. The host was very helpful, we drove 5 minutes from the property to Gentpoort parked the car and walked around Bruges. Definitely recommend for a family and or if driving as lots of road works were going on in the center. Breakfast was amazing, there was so much choice and fresh eggs cooked how you would like. You also have access to a private terrace. I would definitely recommend this B&B

The hosts were welcoming and helpful and tried their best to make our stay as a family as comfortable as possible. The family room and property was spotless and they provided housekeeping daily and refreshed little sweets, which out children loved! The family room was a good size, even with the sofa bed made up. Parking at the front of the property was good. The breakfasts were great, although our children devoured the yummy pastries and didn't eat much else, it meant us adults didn't get chance to try them at first. When we asked if there were more pastries, it was remedied the following day, which we appreciated. The location is great if you want to stay on the outskirts, with easy access in. The hosts told us of free parking right at the edge of the centre, a 5minute drive from the property. I would happily recommend and stay here again. The Belgian beer in the fridge for a reasonable charge was great for trying when the kids were in bed!

Due to being on the outskirts of Bruges, it was more of a challenge finding places locally to eat in an evening, many places were closed through the week. The main bed and sofa bed were lovely but a little firm for us adults. That's personal preference though and wouldn't stop us from staying again or recommending.

Starting from check-in to check-out every single detail was amazing. We stayed just one night with our 9 and 1.5 year old sons and well enjoyed our night and breakfast. We were suprised several times by all the details. The hospitality and kindness of the owner, Free parking, location and breakfast (natural and local flavors) are top pros. And all the toys and baby items were great. Free coffee and tea all day long is another unique feature. Definetely recommended for couples and families up to 4-5. Hope to stay again.

We had a really lovely stay at B&B Valant. The location was great for exploring Bruges. The room had everything we need and breakfast was amazing - a selection of fresh fruits, yoghurt, homemade granola, bread, pastries and cheese. We also really appreciated the small touches from the host for our two children. Thank you!

The room was super clean, well equipped, nice bed and perfect for the 4 of us. The shower was great. Well located, in a nice area, within walking distance to Bruges center or 4 minutes drive to a free parking area. The best was the breakfast! most of the staff was homemade, so many good and yummy options. We are a vegan family and the hosts were so lovely that the made an impressive breakfast for us with doughnuts, croissants, pancakes (they were amazing), vegan ham and vegan cheese, delicious homemade granola and homemade jams and vegan yogurt. I give them a 10 for all the effort. We definitely recommend if you are stopping in Bruges.

Maybe the internet was slow, but it probably was our fault for not saying anything.

It was a lovely B&B, spotlessly clean and a lovely big family room. Off street parking was provided and the breakfast setup was fantastic. The host, Valerie, was absolutely lovely, and made the stay extra special. The walk to centre of Bruges was around 30 minutes, but a nice walk.

There was nothing not to like

Very cool and cozy place. Family friendly. Nice concept. Very good breakfast. Easy access to the bus which takes less than 10 min to Bruges center.

They did charge another amount for city tax at the very end. And they said it was not included in the booking.com reservation.
