Fantastic location quiet residential neighbourhood excellent host very friendly, breakfast made with love had that homely touch. Have recommended this b&b to all my friends and family . Will be visiting there again . Thank you .

Everything perfect.

Everything little detail was considered within the B&B - from entry into B&B, well furnished bathroom with great towels,counter space, hooks to hang wonderful towels, bedroom had plenty of space and both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Breakfast was incredible and was served from 8:30am to 9:30am. The freshness and variety of food was incredible. Best yogurt on the trip, and the multi functional coffee maker was a nice touch. Good walking location to a canal and central Brugge. The steps are a little steep but manageable. Shoes are to be taken off before going upstairs with slippers provided.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay in Bruges which was complimented by t-shirt weather for the time of year, our host, facilities and stay was excellent throughout and would definitely recommend to friends and family. We Will visit Bruges and definitely stay here again providing there is vacancies which will probably be around the festive period. Kind regards, Karen & Ed Brown-Forde

NOT A CRITICISM, but maybe a longer time scale to have breakfast and the same for checking out, but do sympathise with the host if she is fully booked and has a short turn around for the next customer.

I can't think of a single thing that bothered me during my stay here. The place was clean, beautiful and well equipped. It was also spacier than I expected. Irina was an amazing host that always cheered up my mornings. The location was amazing as well just a few meters away from Langestraat and the Coupure canal. Truly, a 10/10 place for my annual trip to Brugge.

Nothing really, maybe the light slippers that we were given (you don't go with shoes upstairs) as they immediately broke down, but the place was clean enough that I didn't need to wear them anyways.

- fantastic location: room is located on a quiet street that is a 15 min walk to all of the attractions. There are places to eat nearby - large bathroom with window - good shower pressure - shampoo, body wash, conditioner, soap, and towels provided - air conditioning works well - huge and tasty breakfast (pasties, eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, coffee and tea) - spacious room - lovely host. Irene was awesome

The property felt authentic, welcoming and quirky with fabulous retro features. Breakfast was beautifully presented each morning with generous bread, pastries, meat and cheeses with help yourself coffee which was also great. It was a 15 minute walk to the centre of the city which felt safe and was really pretty with lovely traditional buildings along the way. The host was fantastic, happy and helpful too! Our room was super comfortable with a large bed and cosy duvets. We loved our stay and highly recommend the property- we will be back!

The property was comfortable, clean and warm. It was very welcoming and well organised with everything we needed. It was a nice distance from central Bruges which gave us a little walk to the Christmas market, past beautiful houses and shops, and over a canal, giving us a real taste of Bruges. Irina was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. A lovely lovely place to stay.

No bathroom door (just a curtain), but we got used to it. And there was a separate toilet downstairs for guest use.

Irina was very kind and attentive, providing small things to make our stay better. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Black out curtains meant we could get a great sleep and the shower pressure was excellent. It was an easy 15 minute walk into the centre or a few minutes down the road to local bars and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

The stairs were quite steep and shoes were not allowed upstairs which wasn't an issue but made the steps a but more slippery.

The B & B is in an ideal location for exploring Bruges, and is in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the centre. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.

Only two very minor things really - having to change into 'slippers' that were far too large and difficult to walk upstairs in, and the fact that we couldn't open the windows.

My stay was wonderful: host Irina was extremely hospitable and welcomed me with great cup of coffee and lots of advices on Bruges. I could leave my luggage few hours before check-in and explore town without worries. Room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. My windows were facing the street but it was very quiet. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was beautifully served with good selection of food. Good cheese, freshly baked bread and croissants, fruits and tasty farm yogurt. Oh, and coffee was good too. The only downside is that I stayed for one night only. I think for Bruges it is better to opt for longer stay, it is charming place.

My stay should be longer. Next time I will come back for longer stay. Otherwise no complaints.
