Novotel Brugge is a beautiful renovated hotel with updated electrical equipment and automations. It has nice common spaces for relaxation. It is situated in the city centre, within walking distance to all the sightseeing. The staff is helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet was fresh with a lot of options.

Our room was not thoroughly cleaned the first day but was better cleaned the following days. Have to admit that the staff was attentive to our needs. The breakfast room was a bit complex. We would prefer a simpler structure, where the buffet is at one side and the tables at the other.

Loved the spacious two-story room with additional bedroom loft—perfect room if traveling with close friends or older children. Loved the quiet garden view adjoining our downstairs room. Clean with lovely linens and towels/robes.

Compared to many other places I’ve stayed, hospitality of staff lacked warmth and welcome. Particularly when dining in the hotel restaurant, staff seemed young and inattentive. I believe hotel management could greatly improve on their team’s customer service. Additionally, the landscaping was overgrown and not well-maintained. I think small details like this indicate a lack of oversight and care. I would like to stay here again but would be open to checking out other properties in the future.

The location is very convenient, only a 10 minute walk to the city. The facilities were also good especially the free filtered water filling station. They also have a pool which I did not know in the beginning! Was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel prides itself with „saving water“ (even has a flyer in the room advertising it), but still exchanged all our towels every day even if they were still hanging. In most hotels you find a note on which it says „leave the towels up if you don’t want them changed and put them on the floor for new ones“. So I deliberately left them hanging, but they were exchanged anyway. Not so good on saving water:/ and the prices for the breakfast (25€ pp) is too expensive… that’s why we decided to get breakfast outside in some cafe.

Breakfast was good, including both English and continental elements. There were smoked salmon and surimi salad (which deemed fancy in my side of the world), different types of quality cheese, and waffle machine (kids loved that, wife not that much :) ). Food was ample and fresh. You can fill your bottles at the fresh water fountains you can find on each floor. Tap water is said to be drinkable but these fountains' water definitely tasted good. Staff were helpful and kind. Hotel is on one of the shopping streets and very close to the historical center of the city. You can reach train station with a 15-20 min. walk, which is another plus.

Room cleaning was overall good yet floors were not vacuumed too eagerly. You could find crumbs here and there. Nothing too important unless you walk barefoot inside the room.

The room was everyone's favorite. Spacious, clean, great floor plan, large windows (with an opening to outside), skylight, closet space for everyone, a safe, up-to-date, refined furnishings, hardware, curtains, etc. Bed linens were immaculate, with comfy, snug duvets, and the perfect pillows. Mattresses were great for all of us, with some preferring firm and others preferring soft. The room was great. Breakfast was full of various favorites. *The waffles (waffle maker) were perfect. The array of preserves was a pleasant surprise; the mini sugar cups were such a petite pleasantry!! We, unfortunately spent a good deal of time looking for plates, silverware, a coffee machine with coffee, latte, etc. and a clean place to eat, as a large group was finishing up, occupying both sides of the eating area. (Suite side was completely out of everything. We wandered around and eventually found the other side with some food left. We were happy to experience the full array the following morning.) Dinner was a disappointment. Few things tasted fresh or rinsed on the charcuterie ordered. Also, creme brulee was not available (my goto as one with a nut allergy). While we thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails, I spent the evening vomitting and the morning nauseas, having to cancel our reservations for High noon tea. ***I mentioned my nut allergy to staff. Staff sis a great job inquiring with the chef about entrees and desserts containing nuts, however, something served and consumed, contained nuts - the bread on the charcuterie, the breading on the fish (fish and chips which were too awful to eat), and/or the granola in the apple crumble. The room was pleasant; however, I highly recommend visitors enjoy their dining experiences with one of the conveniently surrounding venues.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were a standard setup, a little tight for a family of four but that's to be expected. The included breakfast was amazing and probably the highlight of the stay there. It was also within walking distance of the place that we spent most of our weekend at so that was very nice as well.

Parking was not available or included and the parking closest to the hotel was a little pricey. But it was close enough that carrying our bags to the hotel wasn't too much of a chore. Also the cleanliness of the third pull out bed was a little questionable. We had to request a new set of sheets, but they accomodated quickly.

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Brugge Centrum. The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the city center, yet in a quiet, peaceful area. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local tips. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. The facilities were excellent, especially the outdoor pool and the delicious breakfast buffet. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—every staff member went above and beyond. Overall, Novotel Brugge Centrum is a perfect base for exploring Bruges, offering great value, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

One suggestion for improvement would be to include more options catering to specific dietary needs, such as halal choices in the breakfast or dinner menu. This would be a great addition to accommodate guests with diverse preferences.

I am a member of Accor and so have tried to book and receive the members discount ,however for the THIRD time we haven’t been able to get through the internet process and have been switched to booking .com.this is really frustrating and the only reason we have continued is for the location and parking.your Staff are very pleasant but can only say ‘they can’t do anything about it’Disappointing!

Like the hotel itself and the location. Its great for a short stroll to most attractions and is a good base to explore from. Rooms are comfortable generally and it was in really good condition overall. Bar area on Grd Floor is a nice space. Like the drinking water fountains on each floor and the sparkling water availability too. Additional pillows are already in the room if needed.

The separate WC is very small and has no sink so you are unable to wash your hands until you go in to the shower room and sink. WC is very tight for size too. Breakfast is pleasant but for 25Euro each I feel it should be better with fresh eggs cooked and the toasting machine is very slow. Juices are watered down and not natural juices. However, the selection wasn't too bad. We were at the end of the corridor but still found it noisy when other guest/children returned to their rooms.

Outstanding breakfast, but was just a little pricey. The staff was exceptional and for how many times we have stayed in Burgge, you cannot beat the location, especially with onsite parking garage.

Price was just a little higher than desired, but with all the ammenities and the time of year I completely understood why the cost is what it is. Additionaly, the inability to have 5 in a room makes it more expensive for families.
