Great location. Very helpful manager. Good value in what is an expensive area for hotel accommodation. Nice touches, such as good quality bathroom toiletries, coffee machine, bottled water etc. Aircon was great, as we visited during very hot weather.

Room was small (although we expected this). Quite narrow and steep stairs. Hotel is in transition/undergoing renovation and it will be better when reception and dining areas are updated.

The owner was really great. Very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very very good. The hotel is perfectly located near the beach but not too near as to be noisy with the people.

It s very close to the beach - perfect for walks. The rooms with bathroom are really pragmatic and we had a Nespresso machine and a little fridge available. Parking is available on request, I highly recommend asking for a reservation. The owner is very kind and helpful -

The staircase to the rooms is beautiful, made of wood .. though from another time period where people probably had smaller feet …

Location is walking distance to the beach and the boulevard. The property has free parking lot, but it should be with appointment since it's not big (limited). The room was big, the shower was great and complete with all soaps etc.

In our room, there is no window facing outside the building. There is a window but facing the alley inside the property. It was summer, and the airflow was just not there. It was difficult to finally sleep because of it. Maybe it's gonna be a good room on winter time.

Good location, close to the beach, nice neighbourhood.

Small room, claustrophobic feeling, no nice view, a lot of noise from the seagulls all night, too expensive.
