We find ourselves returning to this hotel time and time again. This was our second visit in a short period, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The recent renovations are stunning, creating an ambiance of modern elegance. The staff is outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service strikes the perfect balance between warmth and discretion, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. As pet owners, we greatly appreciate the hotel’s pet-friendly approach, which makes traveling with our furry companions effortless. Not only are pets welcome, but they are also allowed in the restaurants, which is an absolute delight. Being able to enjoy world-class dining without having to leave our pets behind is a rare luxury that sets this hotel apart. The cleanliness is impeccable, with a dedicated housekeeping team maintaining the highest standards throughout the hotel. Their professionalism is evident not only in their meticulous work but also in their well-presented uniforms, which enhance the hotel’s polished image. Whoever oversees housekeeping deserves special recognition for their exceptional management. The culinary experience is nothing short of extraordinary. As frequent travelers to five-star hotels worldwide, we have high expectations, and this hotel truly delivers. Breakfast is outstanding, dinner is exquisite, and even the bar snacks are thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The cocktails, in particular, are a highlight—expertly mixed and on par with those found in top-tier establishments. One might not expect world-class service, fine dining, and exceptional cocktails in a small seaside hotel, but this property delivers all that and more. It is a true hidden gem, and we look forward to returning again soon.

Hotel itself is renovated, but fee things are still old, nonetheless the place is really nice Location is good, its in a very calm area with a lot of local and high end shops.

Although the hotel is renovated and it's really nice, it still has an area to improve. Staff are not always available. They don't always puck up the phone when you call them (reception)

The staff was very friendly but somebody needs to give a good training. Youngsters did not really see it. But that is the only remark. I feel this is a problem in a lot of restaurants that people are not trained except in Hof van Cleve!

It is just a wonderful hotel, absolutely stunning. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very clean. And these beautiful attentions, like little chocolate pralines on your bed in the evening, a perfume sample at your arrival… We will come back for sure.

We were upgraded and the room was perfect - thanks. Lovely ambience to the hotel and the location was perfect for us, it was our second stay at the hotel.

The restaurant was fully booked due to an event and the Spa was closed for renovation, would come back sooner, but will wait until the Spa facilities are available again...

Excellent atmosphere Exceptional quality Modern and extremely well appointed.

Only one area was a little dark and slightly less inviting and that was the bar seating area. Just a personal preference for it to be a little brighter. Others may absolutely like it as it is.

The property was perfect and really deserves all of their stars. It was close to everything and the view was amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely back.

The bellboy met us in the underground garage, and the check in was likewise friendly, comfi and effortless. We liked the spacious comfortable room, and its quality fixtures

The aircon control didn't cope with the range of heat to cool experienced. Some external help had to be requested. The beds were tired, and the TV only gave 3 English channels.

Beds could have been a bit longer. That the drinks are too expensive, ok, but 45 EUR for parking!!!

The location is good. The valet parking service is perfect. The rooms are quite big.

The hotel is “soulless”. The price of the breakfast is not compliant with the quality of food (no organic food, especially yoghurt, local producers). AC in the room was not efficient.
