Breakfast was good - much better than anticipated. We had to leave early on the last day; the hotel was very accommodating by allowing us to take breakfast at 7a.m.

Poor internal communications: we asked about early breakfast on last day when we booked and were assured by the receptionist that it was OK and would be mentioned in our reservation file. We repeated the request at check-in. Contrary to what we had been promised, there appeared to be no record of our booking request - but we were assured by the (different) receptionist that it would be OK. When we double checked on the last night, the lady we spoke to knew nothing about it - but it was OK next morning.

The multilingual staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom was ideally situated on the last floor and was very clean. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was large and modern. The breakfast room was beautiful and the food delicious. We also really liked to be right in the centre of Knokke and the positive and family atmosphere of this hotel. We will be back!

The only little problem: there wasn't a glass panel in the bath so it was a bit tricky to use the shower without splashing water to the floor.

Everything was great, even exceptional. The staff was very helpful, there was a parking opportunity which is really enjoyable. The location is exceptional as well as you are 50 m from the sea side. Finally, the room were impeccable, decent size and also one next to the other with a special request accept for a Shower instead of a bathtub.

I have nothing negative to say. We really enjoyed our stay and it is one of Knokke's best hotels.

Extremely lovely and kind hotel staff. They were very accommodating and helpful with the check in process and assisting with parking and an area map. The room was very cosy and comfortable and the bathroom / shower was very nice.

The fact the hotel has no parking is a shame, but it's great there is free parking down the road during the week.

centrally located very close to the shopping area and to the sea. cozy and functional, super kind staff who attended to all our needs with courtesy and efficiency.

only because I had limited mobility, the spaces are a bit tight, but only because of my physical limitations.

Almost everything was as I expected.

The staff was very friendly, but apparently their garage is a bit small! :) They tried to help me with my car, I preferred to park outside because of the very narrow entrance of hotel's garage. If you go there by car, keep that in mind.

property was very nice, and in good location. right by the beach. was very clean and comfortable. staff were very helpful and nice.

the rooms come without a kettle and fridge, which most hotels do offer, I didn’t ask in advance because I didn’t even think that we won’t have one. so we couldn’t make a bottle for the baby, and we had to keep the refrigerated food, outside the window to keep it cool, but otherwise it’s a nice stay!

Staff were friendly and the rooms were nicely laid out and hotel proximity to beach, grocery and shops.

Great location near the beach and by the high street, for those who like shopping. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff and very welcoming. The room was nicely equipped and very clean!

Location is perfect, a minute to the beach ! Breakfast was delicious and rich!

There was no refrigirator or ketle iin the rrom. I wished they had them in the Hotel.
