Reception is in off the ‘High Street’ and past the restaurant. The receptionist was good Bedroom was big and airy with a nice double bed with good bedding. A big bay window with two chairs and a table. Plenty of wardrobes. Tele and a fridge with nothing in it. Shower room is OK size; for one at a time. There is a separate toilet across the bedroom. Both have opaque glass doors with the logo Downstairs/Outside is a bar & restaurant and lounge and breakfast room. All big and very smart. The food was very good. Breakfast excellent. Outside a veranda with plenty of seating. The hotel is on the ‘main drag’ with everything that goes with it. Shops, bars, restaurants. Two minute walk from the beach. Very central. Hosts were friendly and good. Value It was OK/good value with breakfast. Everywhere clean enough.

Complaints: The toilet has a motion sensor and is on at the wrong time at night and off at the wrong time if you’re sitting still for too long! The light switch doesn’t have a cover; but, you don’t need to touch it. No sink in the toilet. No soft closing seat. The shower room door is too tight against the wardrobe and very stiff to open. The shower doesn’t stay on the mushrooms shower head and defaults to the hand held. The shower head drips for ages. One of the pillows was those awful foam chips. The other good. Seagulls! But, it is the seaside! Minor issues all the same.

The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. There was a mini-fridge in the room, which was very helpful. The parking was also easy to find and access.

The room was really hot and there wasn't even a fan available. I had to keep the windows completely open to get some fresh air, but I was travelling alone with my toddler, so that wasn't safe. Plus, with all the light and noise outside, it was hard to sleep. I don't recommend it for travelling with kids.

The hotel has no air conditioning in the rooms and unfortunately one of the two windows in our room could not be opened. We also. payed additional amount for parking space (15 EUR per day) which was not mentioned during booking.

The room deserves a 8/10, the breakfast deserves a 9/10, and the friendly staff deserves a 10/10 ! The room was super clean and quiet. Super nice and generous breakfast in the morning. The location is really good, super close to the beach and quite close to tram stop as well.

The bedroom could get a bit of renovation, but it's nothing too bad.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cajou! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my room was spotless and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel offers convenient parking. Overall, a fantastic experience—I can’t wait to return!

A good buffet breakfast was provided, with a good selection of items. The room and hotel were very clean. The hotel management were very helpful and spoke excellent English.

Maybe some of the waiters at lunch and at breakfast could have been a little more cheerful???? But the hotel was very busy.

The breakfast was excellent with a fantastic buffet spread. The hotel allowed safe storage of our bicycles and accommodatd out late arrival with good communication.

The room had not been set up for the 3 of us and we were a set of towels short. Not a major issue.

Great location, close to the beach, parking space, super friendly staff, the lobby and the dining room are very well decorated. Excellent breakfast. Also, it's a dog-friendly place ;)

The bedroom was rather disappointing compared to the common area. It looked old fashioned, and a bit worn out too. But we were not there to stay all day in the room, so...

Firstly, the hotel is on great location (~100m to the nearest beach). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of varieties. Regarding the room, the bathroom is big and modern. The two (additional) beds were folded, so more space in the room. Great commodity is a bike rack within the parking lot.

We didn't like that the Bed sheets were full of someones hair - it could be a bit cleaner. Hopefully this is lone case. Also, beds are not as comfortable as expected - the mattresses are not supportive enough and pillows are oversized. Small fridge is barely functioning - don't expect to cold your drinks in a timely manner.
