Over all had a pleasant 2 nights - the room was clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was good, with a good selection provided. The staff were highly attentive and were always available to provide assistance when needed

We asked for a king sized bed , as this was an option provided when booking - we actually had more of a large double , which was acceptable , though when a king sized bed is offered , it would be nice to actually get one !! The mattress was for us a little on the soft side , as we prefer firm. The pillows were really too soft and provided absolutely no neck support - the hotel should offer a pillow menu with varied firmnesses to cater for all travellers needs - many hotels offer this and the Ibis should certainly consider this , as we could not stay at a Ibis in the future unless firm pillows are offered

I booked the wrong dates, but the receptionist was quick to re arrange our reservation and gave us 2 rooms opposite of each other, the kids loved it so much, we had our own private corner. breakfast was great, lots to choose from, a waffle maker, the croissants were really fresh and sweet, amazing fruit. The location is also good, we went to Plopsa with the tram, 2 minute walk from the hotel, 2 stops. There was a little Christmas village, we had good pizza.. Overall we had a great time, the kids don't want to leave :(

There's no free parking, because the hotel is located in city centre (I think) therefore we had to pay 20 euro, we then could park in the hotel parking.

great location for Plopsaland depanne. shops and restaurant right around the corner. staff were very helpful and friendly. hotel was very clean and well presented. easy to find right on the street corner with good street parking.

I had no issues personally (as I parked in the street for free in the times allowed) but any visitors with bikes/cars/pets should read the daily fee's as could end up costing a lot on top considering the room price itself.

The possibility to come with our dog. He was very well welcomed and everything was made possible for dogs to stay in the hotel. Also, the staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was good and what met the expectations.

We just diskliked the fact that there were no fridge in the room. We were there on a very hot week-end so we didn't have a way to keep our water cool. The room is minimalistic but it was fine at the end.

The fact that for a hotel of this budget, there was not a refrigerator or a mini bar in the room, not even a bottle of water...There were also no one-use slippers and one-use hygiene pack. I did not like also the charge of 20 euros per day for parking in an area where one day parking costs 5 euro.

Staff were great. Hotel was fine. Breakfast was good. Lactation was good to plopsaland (30minute and walk) Parking was the only downside but still OK. Public car park few minutes away. Directly outside is more costly and meant for a couple hours.

It was all fit for purpose and would happily stay again

We arrived very late, almost 1am but the lovely lady on reception was so kind and helpful and reassured us that it wasn't a problem. The room was very nice and clean, much bigger than some we've stayed in during the same week and the beds were very comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Ibis De Panne is easy to find, plenty of parking spaces on the road, for 20 Euros per night you can take the private parking if you wish. The staff are friendly and very helpful, they make you feel welcome. A good atmosphere, breakfast is available at an extra cost, they don't do food themselves but there are some restaurants nearby.

The hotel was suitably located for my trip and was quiet, with friendly staff.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't terrible, just could have been better. Shame about the parking fees but this seems to be the case everywhere.

No one checking if you'd paid for breakfast Orange juice wasn't good Eggs soft boiled but no container to put it in, so rather messy Very expensive for what was on offer €42 each morning Was too much, so won't be doing that again.€84 for 2 for 2 breakfast Not good.
