It was a nice small apartment which I haven't expected. I was positively surprised to have a small kitchenette. Everything was clean, spacious and nicely equipped. The access without reception but a code to get into the house and the keys worked pretty well! Nice and helpful communication beforehand. It was located quite centrally which was good! Short drive to the Malo-les-Bains beach and walking distance to the town center.

I did not really like the surrounding and was happy to find a parking lot in front of the window. It was okay for our one night stay but made me bring all our stuff out of the car to the apartment.

The apartment house is in a very central location, easy to find, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. I could access my room easily with a code, and a key in a key safe. The apartment itself was pretty small, but totally fine for 2 people for a few nights - except the things below. There's a well-equipped kitchen and a large comfortable bed. The room was nice and clean.

There was no wardrobe. Where am I supposed to put my clothes? Also, my room was pretty small, and as it's attic apartment, I could only see the sky from the window (and as a tall person the height of the room was not so comfortable). But these are not the things that can be improved.

Spacious studio, very clean, quiet location with free parking nearby.

I would have liked to give the highest rating, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was difficult to sleep there, especially for the child. It's a shame, because although the owners take great care of the place and clean it very well, smoking indoors should be penalized.

We booked two rooms. Both are functional and lovingly furnished with real flowers. The apartment on the 1st floor (No. 94) with a large window front, the other apartment on the second floor only with an electrically tiltable skylight. Central location of the house in a relatively quiet side street. Optimum furnishings including a small kitchen in both apartments. Very customer oriented owners. A complaint was responded to immediately and generously. We found it beneficial that there was neither television nor radio. WiFi worked perfectly. I claim the property offers the best value for money on the entire North Sea coast from France to North Holland.

Maybe it should be pointed out in the descriptions which rooms are only equipped with a skylight

The rooms were spotless, very clean and they had everything you needed, it would be an ideal base for anyone wishing to stop in Dunkirk for longer as the rooms has a full fridge and cooking facilities, they were close to all the shops, restaurants and bars and we all thought it was a lovely apartment block.

The pillows on the beds could have been better.

It’s a little studio apt. Decent size. Kitchen, table, bed. Kitchen has fridge, 2 burner stove microwave, pans, dishes, etc. everything you need but bring your own coffee/tea, etc. my room was ground floor, right on the street. Had security shutters to shut out noise/light& for safety. 10 min walk from train station, 10 mins to city center. Owners very friendly, no English, google translate worked!

No TV!

An excellent night spent in this apt. Great for 2. Location is right in a shopping district and 15 min walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back again soon.

You can hear people walking up the stairs who were entering the building, but once people were in their rooms we didn't hear anything. Everyone in the building was respectful as far as noise levels are concerned.

Centrally located apartment, very well equipped and convenient. Ideal for a stay for a few days. Liked the kitchenette with hob, fridge and microwave.

In our top floor apartment, the ceiling sloped and was very low in places- we hit our heads. I would recommend a first or ground floor apartment. Have to pay for on-street parking nearby (except evenings and overnight)

Extremely clean and fresh, probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Location, comfortable walking distance from train station, beach, museums etc. Literally dozens of options for food within a few minutes walk. Excellent communication, easy to find and enter property.

As noted on other reviews, paper thin walls. The occupants of the next room were not loud, normal talking voice was easily discernable. City center location may not suit everyone I was accosted by many beggers.

Room very clean. Bed very comfortable. Room is sound-proof is you are able to close the windows at night. Host communicated well about self-check in. There was also helpful staff on site if you had difficulty or needed to store luggage. Location was excellent.
