We like the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. The breakfast staff constantly replenished the food and there was a happy holiday vibe in the breakfast room. Good to book a parking space in the tiny car park

Difficult to locate room as a bit of a rabbit warren with different lifts for different areas.

Great location. Hotel quirky. The room was huge but basic. Good continental breakfast. As it was a Monday, not many restaurants were open, so ate in hotel. The food was lovely.

There is only 1 chair in the room. There are no plugs by the bed, but 3 together on the desk area. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, which was definitely missed, and for the money being charged, I feel it should be included, especially when an ibis basic includes it.

I enjoyed great breakfasts.

The locality is in the city cetre, but very far from train station. But you can use the free busses from train/bus station. There are two buildings of the hotel. If you can choose, choose building A. The staff are very helpful, but can not speak English at all.

Peaceful stay, clean room, friendly staff, hotel very well located close to the city's key points, excellent breakfast. For a quiet stay, I warmly recommend this hotel.

Location easy to find and was able to park the car across the road in a public carpark. Very grateful reception gave us a blue parking disc to display in our vehicle so we didn't get towed away. Room was small and the shower was good.

The size of the room.

The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was good the next morning. It was close to the centre of Dunkirk making it an ideal place to be based.

The car park was very tight for a large car.

Welcoming staff, very comfortable beds, a petite but clean room. We arrived by touring bikes and were able to store them safely overnight. Would stay again, and recommend to others!

The room was on the smaller size for price, but had everything we needed.

Clean and Simple and good selection for breakfast.

Larger breakfast area, as we went down for breakfast when there seemed to be a coach load of people arrive for breakfast at the same time.

Even though the place is under going some refurb work it still looks tired, we used as an overnight stay, passing through not sure if I would do more than one night. Staff were fab.

Like the young and beautiful lady at reception, she speaks a lovely English an manage some Spanish, very efficient in her work, smiling, well educated and polite. Very good start at the hotel. I did like the dinner and the red wine was good. Did fill satisfied. Thank.

Got no issues. Maybe the painting in the car park could improve.
