Waited a long time for door code as we were arriving 22.30. E mailed numerous times as got worried we were going to have to sleep in car when we arrived reception was lovely but couldn’t understand us at all. But managed in end. 2nd receptionist was not so friendly not customer friendly. Had to ask for a remote control 2 times over a few hrs to be told she couldn’t help us. In the end did manage to get 1. After a lot of fuss and threatening to put a negative feedback on your website.

The Staff were very helpful and friendly, though the ladies on chamber(room) service were a little limited on understanding English and my poor schoolboy French, but called their supervisor whose command of English was good..... Breakfast was in the French style, Croissants and pain au chocolat, with a choice of different coffees and teas, self service..... The dining area was very clean and had ample comfort..... I arrived after 9pm so there was no reception service, and info was sent to my home computer, which made for some inconvenience, but probably of my own making, though it might be handy to have the reception time limit advertised on their site, or information( room number, key) left in a sealed and customer addressed envelope at Reception...... Buses are available from 150 metres from the premises in both directions, and bus travel in Dunkirk is free, a great bonus as they run every 10 minutes from the named Gallilee stops outside the hotel..... Otherwise my stay was excellent, and I would certainly consider spending another stay at Fast Hotel...

Lovely people, very helpful and friendly. An adorable black labrador to greet you when you are cold and tired from travelling. There are plenty of parking facilities. Located within a 10 mins drive from the beautiful town of Dunkerque. The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. Ideal for a one or two night stop over.

It's not a case of didn't like but there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room( which I understand) My only suggestion would be to be able to help yourself to tea and coffee from maybe a vending machine that you pay to use in the entrance/lobby. That is all.

It was easy to find although road layout is strange, the room was as expected for the price it was clean enough and bed was hard (we don't mind that) and the bathroom was adequate and the power shower was very good. The breakfast is as expected a little more signage to show fridge where they kept the milk, yoghurt,meat and cheeses would be nice but there was plenty of bread , croissants and Panna chocolate and fresh orange juice. All the info was sent by email and we will use again on our way back from holiday.

We have used this hotel on previous occasions and it provides a well-priced overnight stop with car parking and you can purchase an evening meal and breakfast. It is quite convenient for the Dover ferry and proximate to the motorway system. The front desk closes at 9pm so you need to have the door code if you plan to arrive later. Price compares well with similar franchise etc. hotels

Good stay on our way home from cycling trip, could bring bikes into room which was great and safe , area is ok for port and small town with a few shops and restaurants is ok .. is really good for a quick one night stay with bicycle

Easy to get to, clean and modern inside, no idea why it's 2 star ⭐⭐ should be at least 3 to 4 Star ⭐ ⭐⭐ or ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ as the showers and beds are far better than some of the 4 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ that me and my girlfriend have stayed in, food in the morning was excellent 👌, from the outside it looks like a prefabricated building and a bit like a school inside like the corridor's, but remove that and you've got a comfortable night to stay, the area itself about 10min walk is like a housing estate gone wrong, very ghostly and not allot going for itself, there are some places to eat, but the place does have it's own restaurant... In all a good place to stay, before heading home or heading to the south of France and Switzerland 😎🤟

The restaurant is a highlight. Safe parking, including for motorcycles. Staff at reception in the evening.

Hotel does not open before 5pm. Staff don't communicate with each other - I paid for breakfast but was stopped by a gentleman who wrongly assumed I did not, without checking the details of payments.

The hotel was located relatively close to the Dunkirk ferry terminal and was secure. The ability to leave early to catch a ferry was good. The route to the ferry terminal was straight forwards and traffic free at the time of the day I travelled.

It was a pity that the restaurant was closed for the holiday period as it was quite a drive to go and find somewhere to eat.

Very nice budget hotel, we'll stay here again! We advised them that we'd arrive late in the night but this wasn't a problem. Easy to park on site and quick access to main routes, bed very comfortable, clean. Very, very friendly staff. We didn't have time for breakfast (continental selection with fresh croissants) but it looked enticing and was served in a nice and pleasantly spacious dining area.

The bed would be perfect with a fitted sheet instead of flat one, but it's a very minor thing, it didn't bother us too much.
