For us the location was perfect - right opposite the station and the bus stop. (We also discovered that all buses in Dunkirk are free!) The hotel team were friendly and really helpful. They allowed me to stash my own packed lunch kit in their fridge e every day, which saved my life. The rooms were clean, the beds large and comfy.

The wifi - crucial for work- was unreliable. It took ages to log on every day: you had to keep reentering all your details and sometimes it just didn’t work at all. Breakfast was ok, but the bacon was a strange, unappetising grey.

My bedroom was very comfortable, with good washing facilities and very clean. I was very impressed with the great variety of food for breakfast, which was all delicious and the breakfast room was not only bright and comfortable, but guests were also treated to some delightful Cuban music, giving me nostalgic memories of my holidays to Havana many years ago! A big thank you to everyone.

The drinks and snacks vending machine was a little difficult to use at first. but one of your staff kindly helped show me how to use it.

This hotel is in a great location - close to the train and bus stations and with street parking for cars just a minute’s walk away. Dunkirk offers free bus travel so being close to the station makes it so easy to get around. You can be at the beach or museums in minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak great English if your French is a bit shaky. The rooms are a good size and well equipped, and the bathrooms are much bigger than many hotels. Despite being close to the stations, the rooms are quiet. The more expensive rooms have great coffee machines too. Breakfast is great and includes scrambled eggs and sausage as well as all the standard continental breakfast elements.

The only issue we had was that we were expecting the hotel to be on a main road and have a car park, so we spent three quarters of an hour driving round the one way system and looking for the car park which doesn’t exist. As long as you know to park on the street and just walk across the place to the hotel, you should be spared the tears and tantrums that marked the start of our visit to Dunkirk.

Clean and efficient, the room was a good size with space around the double bed. Plenty of bedding, extra pillows. Bathroom was clean, walk in shower, plenty of towels, soap and shower gel provided. Breakfast was very comprehensive, staff friendly and helpful.

The parking was a little confusing. But park at the Railway station, free of charge, well lit and safe.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. There was a coffee in the room. We enjoyed our stay so decided to book another b and b hotel further south in the summer.

The bottom of the shower had come away, but we reported it when we left. We also found it a little hard to find as you can't drive past it, coming by bus or train it is easy to see but if you park in the train station car park you can see the front of the hotel.

I booked this hotel because it was opposite the train station and the bus station. It was in an excellent position as we were travelling everywhere by bus and train instead of hiring a car. A wonderful bonus was that buses in Dunkerque are free and we were able to travel to the Dunkerque 1940 museum, the beach and the museum of the Fort at the Dunes.

The hotel is located just opposite the central station of the city and was a bit tricky to find at first as the sat nav sends us at the back of it

They stated that there is parking while they do not have their own parking,however there is free car park just about few hundred yards away from the hotel

It was a very clean and comfortable room; very well heated;; so close to the train station; courteous and efficient receptionists who were visible all the time throughout our stay. I was aware that I would not be provided with kettle and tea and coffee-making facilities in advance but I booked in any case and was very pleased with my choice.

When we finally found the hotel, Ingrid, the clerk on duty was very helpful and advised where we could park our car. Our original room would not lock, so she found us a different room. As I stated, Ingrid was very helpful.

The rest of the desk staff were not very helpful. I would say rude. We paid for breakfast the first morning after check in and found it to be lacking substance, especially considering the price being charged.

Everything you need for a night is there and good quality; good breakfast

Noisy if you sleep with the open window. Small room, so you need to sleep with the window open.
