We stayed for one night whilst travelling to UK. The accommodation is very close to Dunkirk ferry port. Staff were friendly. The room was basic, but had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There is a kettle in the room for making hot drinks, with a selection of teas and coffees available. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar that's reasonably priced. We didn't have breakfast, but when we left the hotel, the dining area was ready to serve breakfast and it looked like there is a good selection of food available. The hotel was a good choice for us.

Easy to find and a few minutes drive to Dunkirk ferry port. Town a short walk away and a supermarket directly opposite with a petrol station. Friendly welcome and room was comfortable and warm after a cold day. Tea and coffee facilities in room along with TV and telephone. Good mobile signal and free Wi-Fi. Restaurant and bar were good food was excellent with a good choice and reasonable price. My stay was prior to an early ferry next morning and perfect for my needs. Good shower and bathroom, good sized room on second floor. Windows were dormer type but enough light and good view of dock area. Free parking too!

The gentleman working the front desk is excellent!!! He was so accommodating including gathering a breakfast for us when we arrived after it ended (our fault, thought is ended later). Also love the music they play in the lounge and restaurant. We sat for hours enjoying it.

The room temp. It was way goo warm and the airco didn’t help. We didn’t want to leave the outside door open as we were on the ground level.

Spacious room, friendly staff and within spitting distance of the ferry. It is so nice to wake up, take your time, have a little breakfast and only having to drive 10 minutes to board the ferry. Location is superb when you have to take the boat.

Drinks are a bit expensive, that's the only thing I can think of.

Helpful receptionist at check-in who doubled up as bar staff to cater for a party of thirsty cyclists. The lady also opened the way for us to store our our bikes securely in one of the public rooms inside the hotel. A very substantial buffet-style breakfast saw us nicely set up for the day's cycling.

We stayed there in 2018 when cycle touring so booked it again. We were given ground floor rooms and could put our bikes in the room. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast.

The choice for evening meal wasn’t great given it’s in an out of the way area.

Really nice quiet camp site with good size plots , electric hook up , great hosts who made check in so easy via a telephone call. Spoke great English and made it really simple to book in . Toilets and showers really clean , smelly drains a bit wiffy . Nice little area to sit out and have a drink 😊

The room was aa expected and perfect for our needs.

We chose to eat in the restaurant that night as we were shattered. The meal wasn't great. I thought I was getting a piece of meat but I had something on my plate that was reconstructed to look like ribs I think! It was like something you wouldn't pick up from farmfoods or heron foods! They also ran out of creme caramel and the menu was extremely limited. Wouldn't stop me staying there again but I'd definitely recommend eating out!

We booked a family room to have a bit more space with the dogs and the room was huge, and the large bed very comfortable. We use this hotel before taking the ferry to UK and for this it is very convenient. The restaurant across the road is good value for money.

Having a small fridge in the room would help.

On being asked, the friendly receptionist easily changed our room to one with a walk in shower - excellent! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we thought that the breakfast was superb. Wifi was easy to access.

On arrival we found that we had been put in a room with a bath, which my wife could not access. The room was changed without fuss, but the new room had stains on the carpet. Also, the only way to let air into the room was to open the outside door, which we did not do for security reasons.
