The room was comfortable but a little noisy with the road. The bed was comfortable and bathroom a good size.

I did not like arriving with no staff member there to ask any questions even the restaurant was closed. I did not like the self service check in outside the hotel. I don't know why but the room was extremely hot and had no aircon. I've never stayed in a hotel without aircon. I spoke to a member of staff the next day and they did put an Aircon unit in my room but it was noisy and it needed to have the outlet tube go out the window which I did not like to do and it would have let the noise from the road into the room. I did appreciate the effort. I found the Wi fi difficult to connect to.

The room was clean and nice. They offered you a bathrobe in the room! Nice thought! There is also a bottle of water to welcome you!! We had a room on the marina, which I like when I stay at this hotel. We also had dinner at their restaurant. We liked the food. I would recommend you to have a go at their restaurant!

The first time I stayed there I had a fridge in our room, this time there was no fridge!! There was some coffee and some biscuits on a table. Unfortunately, someone ate the biscuits and left us empty packs!! That was not nice!! Maybe some ghosts!!

The location is great. It is near the city- centre. The hotel is by the city habour. At first, the building seems very ood. It is an old building with a 50-60s architecture. But there is a nice restaurant on the ground floor, You can see by its decoration and design it serves classic food. Then you access the room with a code, you get into it and it is a nice room, very clean with some coffee amenities and a fridge. There is a bottle of water in the fridge. A nice touch! I did not try the breakfast because we had to leave very early. I will try at my next stay. The food at the restaurant seem very good, just by reading the menu.

I wish there was some kind of face-to-face customer service. i don't like that automatic concierge with a box. On top of that, you are outside of the building when you are typing your code, you may feel a bit awkward. Especially when you don't know the city.

Rooms are of high quality and comform, nice shower, all you need. In the center of the city. Free parking in the weekend nearby.

The check-in is automatic. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the machine gave an error. There was no telephone number near/on the machine that I could call. So I felt a bit lost as I couldn't enter the hotel, nor call someone. Luckily, the restaurant was still open and it go solved quickly. But a telephone number clearly indicated on the machine would be advisable outside the operating hours of the restaurant. Also for check out, there was nobody present as the restaurant was closed. It was unclear what to do. Luckily, right at that moment, the cleaning staff arrived and helped me out. There are some adventages to automated checkin, but it kinda seems this is mostly serving the patrons (for not having to be present all the time), and less so the guests.

Very easy self check in, just follow instructions on the machine, check out at the restaurant. Comfortable, clean, cosy room with coffee machine. Shower was fabulous! Much-needed after a long drive. Plenty of on street parking available. Next door to police station so felt safe and secure! Good location on the harbour and very close walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants.

I liked room appearance, cleanliness and location.

The room was hot and having no AC with windows to the street it was either too hot or too noisy. The bed mattress topper was so soft I went on to remove it otherwise I couldn't sleep.

Good sized room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities.

As I have a walking problem climbing five flights of stairs was a problem. Also the fridge did not work.

The location of the hotel was right by the port, parking was public just across the road. The room was compact with a very comfortable bed and crisp white bed linen.

The hotel is run with self check in with a machine outside that issues your room key. So if you need any help or advice there is no one to ask. The room was very warm, no air con, if you open the windows you are subject to a very noisy road.

Beautiful hotel fabulous room and comfy bed, perfect location, lovely restaurant and. Food friendly and helpful staff, will. Return again.

Nothing loved everything about perfect worth every penny or euro.

Lovely unusual hotel great location worth paying the extra for a view of the harbour. Room spotless lovely bedding and towels, great bathroom and shower. Had an issue with checkin and being locked out of the room and both times staff rang back with 10 mins to sort the issue. Great position easy to walk to the shops and to the beach and the operation Dynamo museum. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Coffee machine was lukewarm all the time a kettle would be better. Parking was cheap and easy once we worked it out, but some instructions in the room would be helpful and some details about places to visit. Room was small but it was spotless and we had everything we needed.
