The room was very modern, spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was very large and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we even had a coffee machine and water kettle for tea. Located in the center of Redu, with various restaurants and book shops at very short walking distance. The breakfast was really nice, with fresh bread, cheese and ham from the region and self-made jams. The personal was very friendly.

The door to the bathroom was a glass sliding door, which could not be tightly closed and also let too much light when someone went to the toilet while the others were sleeping.

The room was very spacious with plenty of room to move. The lightning was modern and updated. The bathroom was modern too! The breakfast was very nice with fresh baked bread and pastries. And Redu is a nice cosy small town, typical for the Ardenes. The restaurant is awesome, one of the best meats in Belgium.

The room was 100 mt from the reception. (in and other building) and you have to cross the main plaza... Not very nice at night when its raining and you are tired. The Room is in a second floor, and the staircases are outside... not very friendly for elderly people. For a room size that big, i was expecting a minibar with water bottle or a clear information that there was a water machine in the premises. Finally, the queen bed was a made by 2 single beds (no problem with that) but... i dont know what connect them but you were always falling from the centre...(was like a triangle shaped stuff) ... Not nice if you want to sleep close to your partner.

Very friendly staff member, who was there both for dinner as for breakfast the next morning. Room with a nice mix of modern facilities and old time charm. Breakfast buffet wasn't too big, but the assortment was sufficient and tasty.

The charger for 'regular' electric cars (not Tesla) didn't work... which was a bit frustrating, since this meant a change of plans in order to get my car charged for the morning. And the TV setup isn't good... over 100 channels available, of which half don't work. Maybe reconfigure the TV, so the channels that do work are together.

The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for you, including ordering food for one of our group with special dietary requirements. Rooms were clean and modern and cleaned everyday. Parking was easy as the hotel has its own private adjoining car park with a couple of EV charging points. The Bar & Restaurant are fantastic, we ate there and their sister restaurant throughout our visit. I would highly recommend this hotel and friends and I are planning our next visit.

Nothing at all, well apart from it wasn't long enough!

Room was nice and clean. Also had a view of the Church and town center, Breakfast was very tasty. Restaurant makes really delicious food Check-in was easy and we were assisted in English. Parking right next door. Would recommend to book for lunch and dinner. The restaurant was packed when we arrived in the afternoon and made a reservation for dinner when we checked in. Would definitely stay there again.

As always (I was travelling with work and driving long distances across Europe so never know quite where I will end up so) this was a late booking. Very quick response to our last minute (1 1/2 hours before arrival) Booking request. Excellent communication indicating the hotel's restaurant we were staying in would be closed (it was a Sunday) but their sister restaurant would be open.

On first reflection, the multi-venue rooms weren't what I wanted (my employee was in the original venue who's restaurant closed and I ended up above the 'sister' restaurant). But as both venues were only 100m apart (and the village is stunningly pretty) this wasn't really a problem! Oh and the Horse Chestnut dropped 'conkers' all night (I'm not going to complain about this as it was quite funny but I did hear it all night as I prefer sleeping with the windows open to the hum of an aircon unit). It probably only happens for 1 week of the year anyway!

Gem of a hotel, in a lovely town, incredible restaurant - it was the perfect stop off on our travels. Great beer selection, very quiet and beautiful location. This was our second stay here and the food has blown us away both times. Breakfast is also to a very high standard.

Bed was a bit hard for us but room was great

Room was fit for purpose (one night stay in order to go to the Euro Space Centre), location was great. Breakfast was superb! Everything was fresh and tasty, almost all things were local.

No air con, just a fan - I’m not a big fan of air con in general, but with these extremely hot days it would be a plus.

Lovely location. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice as well.

We tried to order food from the Italian restaurant downstairs (which is owned by the same hotel) but the staff was not very helpful. Not a very nice experience when you arrive hungry from your trip. Would prefer a better customer care for the people who actually stay at the hotel.
