The location of the hotel is great. Only 400 meters from the Grotte van han. The room was big enough for 4 people and nicely made 👌. The breakfast was also ok with a variety of cakes and croissants.. The swimming pool was very nice and big enough. The kids had a great time. ( although a couple of degrees higher for the water would be great )

I didn't like the fact that the person at the reception couldn't give us any information about the "Grotte"..also we wanted to have a freshly squeeze orange juice and it was not possible( even if we said that it will be no problem to pay for it) . The bacon and almost everything onder the warm lamp was not warm enough.. In the room, the remote control had also a problem because the battery was almost empty.. The sink in the bathroom remained full with water after washing our faces or teeth..

- The announced on-site parking was impossible to get a space in. This was one of our main parameters when selecting hotels. We were using the car daily, but no spaces were available around 15:00-16:00 ("it's full"), first-come-first-served. The majority of the guests apparently hogged the parking lots during their stay. We were advised to use the public parking across the street. - Used dishes was not picked up by the the cleaning staff, which surprised us. We kept our used coffee cup on the room during our stay Others guests placed them on the floor outside their rooms, which made things feel unpleasant.

The family suite provided ample comfort for two adults and two children, featuring a large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, cooking station, and ample equipment. While the breakfast was good, enhancements like fresh juices, an improved layout, or an egg station would elevate the experience. The location is exceptional, offering direct access to the train station for wild park visits. We would definitely book again.

Swimming pool was not heated and breakfast for 27 euro per person is overpriced. Also parking via hotel was overpriced compared to the paying public parking alternatives. Restaurant and breakfast area seems undersized for the hotel capacity and overpriced .

Room 144 was very spacious bunk beds for the children by the door so they had privacy, then kitchen area (got key at check-infor no additional cost) followed by main bedroom. Would like to soend more time in the towm some day. We were there in October and almost all restaurants were closed. Out of the hotel and 2 minutes walk to the right there was a nice friendly restaurant serving Italian and French cousine with good kids menu and play area. Good continental breakfast spread.

Pool was very nice but perhaps the coldest pool we have experienced. Recommend a warm wetsuit. Our children didn't want to play in it for long and had a long hot shower afterwards. Fried eggs at breakfast was stone cold.

Nice large room for family with 1 child, 2 double beds. Elevator to the pool was close to the room, great for a swim in the evening. The caves and the park are within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very attentive and spoke French, Dutch and English. Car can easily be parked opposite the hotel (paid parking from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with the first 1/2 hour free). Please note that all restaurants are closed on Mondays, but luckily Rochefort is close by.

Cozy, spacious and clean room with lovely view to the beautiful little town. Comfortable beds. The swimming pool was a great extra! Breakfast was good as well.

The restaurant was fully booked, so we did not get to eat there. Nothing to do with the hotel, but there was no other places in the town either that were open or had space after 8pm and shops were closed too. So take some snacks with you or act early enough when planning for dinner. Also, the pool is 1,4m deep, so not suitable for smallest kids.

Smart rooms = excellent family room for 4. Sitting area, mini kitchen, and spacious. Good bar ard great breakfast Nice location, very pretty village for an evening walk. Would definitely visit again.

Parking was easy and good value in town car park across the road as we arrived after 6 but did notice when we left st 10am it was full with cars waiting as it's a tourist town for the caves. The hotel's own parking was full.

The hotel was modern and Clean. The breakfast pastries were adequate.

The pool was only really for splashing about, so fine for children but not for a proper swim. But a great location for the kids. And safe. The breakfast terrace was totally overgrown and seemed neglected. The breakfasts were very poor but that is all that is available in the village. Flies everywhere. Coffee machine broken, reconstituted scrambled eggs, synthetic orange juice. But the location makes up for the deficiencies. The hotel management could make a very simple improvement with the breakfasts and it would be just fine.

We arrived earlier than the scheduled time of checking-in butt the friendly staff lady brought us in. The location of the hotel from Han sur lesse cave, safari and museum is only 500 meters away.

Restaurant in the hotel is pricey and menu was not satisfying.
