Stylish Modern Great Breakfast and Clean

We came to this hotel after driving 6 hours after returning from our Italian holiday. The reason we chose this place was to return to England refreshed by using its spa and pool. When we entered the hotel, they charged €30 per person for the spa and €5 per person per hour for the pool. This was a big disappointment for us. We went to the room and the view from the room was the ventilation shaft and the wall of the other building. This was our second disappointment. We went back to the reception and explained our sadness. Recepsitonist Miss Ségolène also made the spa available to us by paying only the pool fee. Gave us another suite. The room and breakfast were very good.

The hotel is really nice, it's well located and his nice facilities. Super friendly staff, really helpful. The hotel has outside and underground parking. Breakfast is a buffet and plentiful, with hot and cold options. Restaurant is really good as well, maybe a bit pricey but the food was excellent.

The only negative point would be the noise of the air conditioning. It was really loud and hindered me in my sleep. As it was really hot outside, we had to have it on.

It was in a central location, it was well decorated throughout. The staff that we dealt with were extremely helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and great en-suite bathroom facilities. The air-con was a real bonus during the period we stayed there. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cold options. We were in Marche during the Marche 1900 festivities ( we didn’t realise this was on) and had concerns re: noise at night but the room had good sound proofing even though we were directly above the square.

It would have been great to have the pool included in the price of the room but at 5 euro pp for 2 hours it was a very good deal.

Breakfast -lots of it and the tarte de cafe was to die for….and the atmosphere of the hotel and the bathroom was spacious and so was the room. Location of the

Bed was low and soft and I got backache and bad night sleep. Swimming pool was tiny and only a part of it could be used for swimming as there were water falls, jets, and an aqua bike. With 6 people on the pool it was the impression of being packed

Nice location, very clean. excellent breakfast with the local products, home-made cakes, fresh jus and sparkling wine, and 3 courses dinner (+ 50eur) Free of charge parking outside.

Overpriced : room rate (higher 20-25%), especially the price for the wellness part (+ 30 eur). Dogs are welcome (+25 eur) but there are many restrictions ( not allowed for breakfast). This was very inconvenient for us.

Check-in was well organized and there was a carpet and some bowls foreseen for our dog. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is enough space to move around and the bathroom is well equipped. Nice design. The dinner in the restaurant was perfect and dressers are very friendly For the breakfast the food was fresh and you had choice enough on the buffet.

I did like everything

Very smart hotel in a great location, with a lovely paved garden, excellent restaurant and very good bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and there is secure parking under the hotel for cars and bikes. Sadly we didn’t have time to use the spa. Has to be the best hotel in the area.

Got our order mixed up in the restaurant but rectified very quickly. Quality of food was very good.

Great location in the city centre with a lot of places to eat. There is quite some parking space around it, although I wouldnt suggest it with large verhicles. Great staff who were kind to answer all questions.

The swimming pool required us to pay an additional surcharge. We did not know this upfront and it seemed to be included into the room we already payed for.

Wonderful young lady at reception . Works here part-time and as an English/Turkish teacher full time . Exceedingly helpful and friendly. Made our reception very fast and easy . Excellent bicycle storage in underground garage . Elevator to rooms. Really clean and bright room . Lots of storage in the room . Excellent on-site restaurant with reasonable price point . Very good breakfast with multiple food choices.
